This lecture is short and clear, making it easier to even remember the anatomical terms for the bones.
I love the passion for our microbiome, a subject that fascinates me. I'm eager to review microbiology with Dr. Racaniello.
i literally love the way he teaches. Only signed up because of him
Solid helped me pass my anatomy exams. Was great to help.

Solid helped me pass my anatomy exams. Was great to help.
Prof. Kevin is amazing. He is a talented teacher, knows Biochemistry better than any other else, & I enjoyed the way he teaches so much..
The lectures explain things perfectly He uses a simple language...and I appreciate that James packering
It will be great to have a tool to help to memorize aminoacids and other stuff. Difficult to remember everythink
very enjoyable lecture almost always gives you the informations needed from privious years in order to understand the current lecture...amazing prof
Really informative and good explanation with really nice illustrations min 10 words required
One of my favourites, very informative and also captivatingly presented.
well articulated . leaning made easy. i love the way he does
Can Prof Mitchell please teach every subject. What an amazing teacher.
I love this channel and I understand it so much
I like the way it’s broken down clip by clip and the practice questions afterwards really help.
Great lectures very well explained thankyou very much .Has clarified well.e
The lesson is well conducted and clear and structured to facilitate understanding and memorization
I've just started the course and extremely impressed by how well thought through the platform is. The course itself appears excellent, delivered by a person who clearly has his heart in teaching. I wish I could gain his competence in biochemistry. Erik
Thank you for saying what is worth to keep in mind and what is not. Interrelations can be quite complex, but they were well described here
I really enjoy his lectures. He is easy to follow and does an excellent job explaining details.
Simple, concise and perfect explanation of a very complicated topic.
Don't listen to the haters; this class is great.
Me gusta que comenzó desde conocimientos muy básicos entonces es fácil de entenderle y resulta muy fructífero.
A really short and good summary of foetal circulation. Whilst not extensive, when taken in consideration with other lectures, makes a really good introduction.
Very nice teaching style! It was a pleasure to review the topics with Dr. Salmi! Thank you! :)
Very well explained! As usual :) I was watching Dr. Pickering's lectures when I was in Premed School and everything was so blurry for me... Now I'm doing my clinical rotation and I need a refresh of info. It was a nice surprise to discover the new format of Anatomy lectures, but I'm also happy that you kept the old version archived. Thank you very much!!
Short, simple and concise lectures! It’s perfect! The short quizzes at the end of each video are helpful too!
The emphasis has been placed on the necessary points with great explanation and tone Additionally, demonstrating it on a real person is very nice. Thank you Samatha and Lecturio
I found this lecture very confusing especially when discussing the difference between direct and indirect alloantigen presentation. However, the last part of the lecture about the immune response to a graft using the hepatocyte as an example, was well explained.
it didn't go into depth with the causes, other than that it was a good lecture
i will recommend all levels of students to use lecturio as a resource tool.
soooo goood!! She goes to the point and does not speak too fast or too slow. aBSsolutely good!
not enough detail to understand the topic. Renders and slides could also use work for this whole section, they arent sufficient to give an understanding of the section and understand structures of the brain in relation to each other.
I really liked it; I loved the teaching method and the way he explains.
Organized with an abundance of information and not overwhelming. I will revisit this course for a refresher.
I have enjoyed this program. I have the utmost respect for all professionals presenting complex subject matter. The series presented by Dr. Stone is far too casual, with little to no emphasis on critical terms or pertinent information during her lecture. The previous lectures I viewed for the adult health portion of my studies were organized, paced, and more formal. I do not feel prepared for the growth and development portion of my upcoming exams. I am looking for alternate growth and development resources.
Very illustrative animation, the lecturer is also very clear and concise!
This professor is just all around awesome! she knows exactly what we need to focus on and good at highlighting and reinforcing information that we may have covered in other videos, tying it all in, and great for recall of previous information! she is great!!
Well explained with all its components. Better than reading 30 slides of ppt
Me gusta mucho más la introducción a este curso que la introducción aburrida que me dieron en la universidad. Se ve emocionante aprender el siguiente contenido
he is very great. he is very explanatory. he takes his time when explaining things
I think the teacher is very patient , and the topys is very funny to learn
informative and interesting way of conveying the subject which helps understanding them much easier.
The best ECG lesson out there. It is broken down step by step for better understanding. Ms. Rhonda you're one of the few teachers out there truly born with the gift to teach! Thank you so much!!!
Everything good and clear, easy explanation of what to say to patients
I loved Dr Delves lectures! I find them incredibly easy to follow, very clear… he uses his voice to empathize important points, uses fun analogies, sometimes, to explain concepts. What I personally “disliked” is that since I am using his lectures to study for Step 1, it makes me wonder if I really need to know all the details presented in his lectures. It is very interesting and all, but I am pressed for time! I would looove a final summary saying, “this is what you HAVE to know for your exam”. I think doing the quiz questions have helped me extract the most important points in some of the lectures that were so full of “letters and numbers”. But overall, his lectures have made immunology so much more friendly and even amusing!
very good made and explains and focus just on the important
Because the videos were short, clear and educative. I liked the explanations and the quizzes after the videos.
Good video. Self explanatory and made easy. Thanks lecturio We will make it with lecturio
Great clarity, illustrations, and attention to detail. Thank you very much!
Very clear and detailed videos. Highly recommended material for med students.
I needed to refresh knowledge of vital signs before placement at my nursing school and this was perfect, it also has the benefit of not only saying whats normal and not but a little of the physiology of why! will revisit when I need to refresh over the years.
Her lectures are very informative. the amount of detail makes the topics easy to understand. I love the way she teaches! Thank you, Professor Jasmine.
"The tutorial and the tutor are excellent and easy to understand."
The videos are helpful in that they facilitate understanding and retention. I have been an ambassador of Lecturio medical since I was in high school, and now that I'm in medical school I have recommended lecturio to my friends on several occasions.
We want concept bags for this series I am very happy
Concise and precise for students who have a lot of workload.
It's a very consolidated review. Please also add the definitions of some medical terms. Thank you. :)
These videos are sometimes more current than the videos that comes with the textbooks to share with students. It is great that they are aware the kits come in different varieties and as long as you know the steps, you can't go wrong.
Excellent illustration, very informative. Lecturio is a life saver, I love it ?
A very informative, yet concise and clear presentation of the lecture material! Thank you, Dr. Pickering!
So Wondeful!!!! Very wonderful series Fantastic instructor Very helpful content
Outstanding! Thanks to Dr. Peter, I can finally start to understand immunology. Highly recommend his lecture to annyone struggling with the subject.
It represents the form of most prevalent diseases nowadays. It's important for the medical-science.
Dr. Ahern is amazing at linking what he's about to teach to previous videos.
Thank you Dr. Salmi for the lectures and your awesome teaching style! It's a real pleasure to study and review notions, based on your lectures!
star star star star star star star star star star star star star star
It is complete, so useful! Thank you so much, greetings
My problem with most of these anatomy lectures is the lack of highlighting or pointing to anatomical structures once mentioned by the lecturer. I have to pause and see what they are talking about constantly.
Lecture was clear and concise. Simple to follow and in simple terms to understand.
So far so good. The videos are easy to follow and I love the questions that pull up at the end of the videos to recall the information. Looking forward on finishing the rest of the modules in biochemistry, including all the other sections.
Really important topic well explained, it made me identify some of the common mental effects on the victims
very well explained by Dr Darren Salmi.. thank you for keeping it short and simple
I liked the inclusion of how to put in eye drops in children!
Hmm slow Understanding Hi Hi Hi how many words for bedrock severs the best player from the bottom line of n mosses ?
The following are the errors in the information you provided: 00:24 The general formula for monosaccharides is Cx(H2O)x, where x is equal to the number of carbon atoms in the monosaccharide. For example, the structural formula for glucose is C6H12O6, which means that it has six carbon atoms and six water molecules. 01:15 The structural formula for lactose is C12H22O11. This means that it is a disaccharide made up of two monosaccharides, glucose and galactose. 01:39 Polysaccharides are polymers of monosaccharides, but they do not necessarily have to have the same repeating sugar unit throughout. For example, amylopectin is a polysaccharide made up of glucose molecules, but it has a branched structure. Here is a corrected version of the information you provided: Carbohydrates are molecules whose name literally means hydrates of carbon. This is because monosaccharides, the simplest carbohydrates, have a ratio of one carbon atom to two hydrogen atoms to one oxygen atom, the same as water. The general formula for monosaccharides is Cx(H2O)x, where x is equal to the number of carbon atoms in the monosaccharide. For example, the structural formula for glucose is C6H12O6, which means that it has six carbon atoms and six water molecules. Disaccharides are carbohydrates that are made up of two monosaccharides. They are formed by a glycosidic linkage between the two monosaccharides. Disaccharides have the general formula C12H22O11. Examples of disaccharides include sucrose (glucose + fructose), lactose (glucose + galactose), and maltose (glucose + glucose). Polysaccharides are carbohydrates that are made up of many monosaccharides. They are formed by glycosidic linkages between the monosaccharides. Polysaccharides have the general formula (C6H10O5)n, where n is the number of monosaccharides in the polysaccharide. Examples of polysaccharides include cellulose, starch, glycogen, and chitin. Polysaccharides do not necessarily have to have the same repeating sugar unit throughout. For example, amylopectin is a polysaccharide made up of glucose molecules, but it has a branched structure.
great lecture, i finally get it! amazing clear and precise information and yet to the point
The lectures are not bad, they have the material, tbey are very well spoken and easy to undersgand. I find some quizz questions to not be relevant, i believe i won't be aske dthese questions on exam. And sometime the material itself feels dry. I am more of a doers, so by solving more complicated questions with the help of a professor would my learning experience much better. But over all not a bad course.
Amazing explanation, illustrations and pictures. Really love Lecturio. Thank you!
Very well explained and easy to listen to, as with all of Dr Salmi's lectures - thank you!
In the explanation of miRNA, on the most important part of it, he sort of gets tangled explaining. I couldnt understand the only part i want interest of in the video. Please refilm this video, it is unclear.
Extremely clear. In few minuts teaches many concepts. Is interesting to listen his lecture.
Straightforward, explanative, and helpful It would be enhanced with the inclusion of labeled real anatomical structures to supplement learning and retention.
Although this video provides helpful information essential to medicine, the video edit with another graphic, illustration, and animated image plus speaker threw me off.
Simple, not over-complicated and understandable, all great signs of an amazing lecture.
this lecture doesnt formulate a good story its more so just facts without any real explanation on how to understand
Great lecture by Dr. Mitchell. Clear, concise, and easy to understand.
One of the best teachers of Pathology I've ever seen.
coooll... this was very easy in the short amount of time i got an insane amount of notes
I really like the professor, just wish the lecture was a bit more in depth
It provides all the details. It is made in such a way that the student can follow the connections between different parts and remember easily. The one thing I like the most is that I can complete full anatomy in just under 37 hours.
Very informative. A step by step approach to fully understanding the process
not clear enough, should be improved. slides can be more schematic or include mnenomics or at least make it more interesting by adding more facts
It's a good introduccion for de cardinal signs when talk abaot de importan reconosig this caracterisitics of the Acute inflammation
Se requiere mas infromación, incluyendo aquellas paralisis qu ese pueden dar por un tumor.
Una imagen con todos los nombres de los aspectos que menciona, podria mejoar la explicación. Gracias.
It was great I really enjoyed. I studied for my exam and I'm satisfied.
This was a great lecture! It was very engaging and informative
One of the best didactics I have ever seen and great content. Thank you Mrs Lawes!
Loved the way Prof Lawes presented — clear and easy to comprehend.
it's very easy and simply explained and I loved it It was very helpful
Very simple language to give us the simple guide that sometimes even as medical students we need from the nurses. | am particularly like to review nurses' lectures. She just make simple what is so complicated in our medical books
too good, best pathology professor! He explains the concepts in very precise way and gives the right information.
Very good structured and explained. Thank you for your work!
sooooo sooo good!!! i understoof everything and is amazing that he included everything important about this bacteria! great teacher!
Nice and brief explanation of what confidence intervals are. Also the different tests are explained well.
In my university class I wasn't understand this, but the video class with dr. Peter is so clear for me, thanks. Sorry for my english
I am appreciative that Dr. Ahern took the time to update his lectures. Shows he cares. Thank you!
This lecture was extremely superficial. Serology is not discussed and neither the nuances of treatment of the pregnant patient. Cerebral and ocular forms of toxoplasmosis were also skipped. You need to get a physician specializing in Famliy Medicine to give this leture.
I like the way the discussions are done. I don’t feel overwhelmed by medical terminologies.
So useful, and yes the sound is on! It would be nice if you went deeper into the diagnosis
I chose 5 stars because the lecture was straight to the point and gave me all I needed. I love Lecturio ?? I am a member of NiMSA SCOME. Currently I'm preparing for my 4th mbbs examination, which comprises of Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology. I have a lot to study, but having access to Lecturio premium is the best thing that ever happened to me this period, I wish Lecturio can extend my free premium to one more week. Thank you.
really gr8. to the point. fascinating. this whole program is quality cme. _JC
covered the nerve complete and goes great with the anatomy lectures
covered very well contains the information needed for step in med school
covered cn three concisely and goes perfectly with anatomy videos
Great job covering the cranial nerve here and it goes well with the visual pathway video
I like it very much ! This particular lecture is very complex and brilliant way of presenting by a doctor Vincent Racaniello.
Thank you for such great explanation, you made this lecture easy.
Bio means life, chemistry means the composition of matter and energy requirements for life to exist. Chemicals and anyone
It is a good introdduction video! I love this class
Good explanations with examples to help facilitate understanding. The presenter simplified some very complex measures.
Thank you for breaking it down and making it easy to understand . You are the best prof. Lawes!!!
It is very easy to understand and keep up with the concepts
Thanks for the educative materials and ways of explaining. More wisdom. Thanks
Simple and concise explanation. Covered all necessary aspects without elaborating too much on details.
I have found everything I need about nursing here. I like the simplicity, the different ways of explaining same concept, and the funny way of describing ideas by Professor Lawes. I wish I found Lecturio in the beginning of my program. I’m just a couple of months away from completing the LPN program. I honestly suggest to nursing students to visit this site and see for themselves.
lack of structure just got messy. it can be done in a much better way to follow the different pathways
I like how the nurse explains in simple words and goes step by step while demonstrating the process.
I call him the "Bacteria man". One of the best !! His level of knowledge in the course is spectacular. Great !! I don't dislike anything about him I will recommend to my colleagues medical students
This man has made microbiology really easy for me to revise I like him so much because he is knowledgeable and calm. I definitely don't dislike anything about him I will recommend to my colleagues medical students
good good good good good of good good good good
Easily understandable, good pace. Would want more examples of both feedback loops.
I love jasmine lectures so much. She is clear and engages the student
It was just what I really needed I love lecturio so much
In depth and detailed course that I enjoyed very much!
I learned a lot! thank you. This help me a lot.
Retired from practice, I still teach gastroenterology and related subjects at a medical school. Prior to assisting in the gross anatomy lab this was a great way to be sure I was ready for any student questions! It is always good to see another excellent lecturer present, as well.
Perfectly explained. Very easy to follow up and very interesting
I like how Sam breaks sections down, doesn’t speak fast (one of the instructors does that I have to skip her for last) talks with simple, easy to understand words. She keeps the words up long enough for me to read them and talks like she’s talking to me not just rambling stuff away. Thank you! ????
Love this program it's very helpful and I'm actually learning how to become a better nurse
well explained lectures well explained lectures well explained lectures well explained lectures
Beautiful explanation plus integration between the subjects so it becomes easy for answering any clinical based MCQ
Good explanation in short time and simple to understand the whole concept
so far I have been enjoying the course, would love to go back and continue when I'm not so occupied
Clear and concise verry well explained and presented good reources added in video (photos, graphs and also X-ray)
All the lectures have been so, so helpful. Thank you so much!
Greatings from Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Great lecture, profesor. I like very much of your classes, this particularly, it is helping me a lot within a presentation that i have to make at my medical school.
Simplified and succint! Prof. Lawes style of lecturing is fun and easy to comprehend.
This video is pretty helpful to let me understand how the PNS medicine use for body
Amazing lecture. cuts out the excess just what i need
I clicked on this just to see what it was about, but it filled in gaps that I did not realize I had :) GREAT JOB
Explained very clearly helping me prepare for finals. Thank you
Detailed the disease's pathophysiology in a precise format that was easily understood.
Good and excellent work and it very resourceful for me.
Professor Delvies is perfect! I have just figured out what immunology is! Thanks Lecturio. Thanks professor Delves.
Kevin is Amazing man, his body language get a lot to his explanation!
Because I am satisfied with the out come of this training.
Clear and simple in everything! Of course Dr. James Pickering one of the best physicians that you have!
The tutor was very clear in her explanations and demonstrations were great.
It was really informative and precise,i loved the lectures
I feel that I can continue in medical school, He prepare like the Light at the end of the tunnel!
This is helping me so much in preparation for pharmacology exam. Thank you so much.
I did enjoy the lecture and it is useful for medical students as well
Great Lecture! Thanks Doctor Canby. I was finally able to understand how this cranial nerve works.
This was a very great and comprehensive refresher. I appreciate the colorful notes to help guide my learning.
on of the best lecture thanks to professor and lecturio also
The lectures are quite informative and clearly presented. It's like I'm attending a class for the very first time since I've taken an extended break from studying microbiology but I am confident that I will do well
Lovely. Rhonda always helps me in my medical lectures by giving extra acknowledge She is beyond amazing :)
This is really nice lectures and method of teaching by Dr. Raywat.
Exellent lecture. Thank for teaching me. Enjoy teaching you are best.
Dr. Rcaniello has very good lecture, easy to understand and a pleasure to watch! The tone is calm and the explanation are so detailed and well explained! Thank you!
The Professor does an excellent job explaining the topics very well.
It's very well explained, but still need to be more detailed. For my parasites exam it is not suffice.
It is clear and well organized so that I could learn the subjects which seemed complicated when the lecturer presented them in university. It also made me interested in microbiology which I didn't even like to learn it. Thank you
The lecturer explains the topics very clearly and highlights the important points of each lecture distinctly.
excellent explanation of topic very difficult to understand for a med student
One of the best teachers in Lecturio. Acts sweetly and speaks easily.
It is perfect .. Dr. Brian Alverson has a simple way to deliver informations. The course realy help me to achieve my goals. Thank you
Great teacher! All of the lectures are well done. I appreciate the way he thoroughly explains things and then builds on them!
Awesome speaker! Explains things well and speaks in a uniform matter that is easy to follow.
I went through these videos as I was revising for. My pediatrics rotation exams and it really helped me a lot.
I enjoy listening to all Dr. Marshall lectures. Thank you very much for teaching. So hard these days to get the adequate education you need in the classroom.
Good lesson cardiovascular médicaments ( nursing) And Thank you very much
Outstanding Course. This really demystifies cardiac assessment allowing me to visualize what's going on with the heart, it's valves and its chambers.
Rhonda was very engaging and fun. She made it very easy to learn. Information was very clear and organized. I would definitely recommend it.
The information is organized, highlights what's important. However, I believe that some of the pathways could have been explained a little more. Overall it's very concise and precise
Very informative and it shows the resource has hands-on experience dealing with this type of patient.
It's very interesting, delivered in an interesting manner, easy to understand. Has made my understanding of Pathology better at a cellular level
Este curso me sirve para refrescar conceptos. Me gustó la forma cómo se presentó el tema. Lo recomendarìa a los estudiantes de Medicina.
I just loved the way of tutor explanation regarding the course content. I found the slides are very useful and yes the practice questions after each videos are really helpful. Thank you for making such efforts and helping learn.I would definitely recommend this course to one who are engaged in nursing education.
I have not finished this course, however it is great so far. I am preparing to take the nclex-pn. I'm making flashcards along with the content.
The simplicity of explaining complex subjects. Fast track with essential details has helped me to understand some topics taught in my nursing school class that I couldn't understand. Thank you lecturio team; many wished they knew about this platform while in nursing school, but I am glad I am using it now while I am in Nursing school.
Faltan medidas de prevención, asi como tratamiento y manejo en la vida del paciente
so much better than the long drawn out training I got in school, followed by rapid fire quizes and not much review in class
This series is amazing! Achieved great scores in Pharmacology, including the end of course HESI thanks to Prof Lawes and these videos. The supplemental material are phenomenal. Thank you is not enough!
Amazing content. Very concise. I can't thank you enough Lecturio!
Brenda , knows what she's doing and I think she's the best psychiatric nurse teacher ever. I love her. She is the best.
The teacher is awesome she addresses what I struggle with the most.
I have been struggling to understand this subject But this lecture with couch! And her way of explaining, finally I am getting it ! It is very good the way she tries to repeat every now and then And when she talks about nursing, I see that she puts very important thoughts about how to care the person with the way to talk. I am very happy to find this site ! Little bit struggling to mach my payed study chanel and app and YouTube site to be consistent….
I love the way things are broken down into simple, easy to digest segments with knowledge questions and mnemonics to help you remember. I’ve learned more from this than my professor and have hope to actually pass my classes.
Great explanations ! More drugs please ! Dr. Lawes does a great job at explaining all mechanisms!
Great lecture, very allegoric, nice and easy to understand. Great didactics and methodology.
Muy claro y conciso con su conferencia, me agrada la manera de abordar el tema.
loved the lecture. extremely easy to understand . Simplified , illustrated and comprehensive
This series was extremely useful for my Variations in Health II class. Semester 2 focused on older adults and age related changes. This series really helped to solidify what I learned in class.
To the point and bringing great clarity, well done Dr Deonandan
Jacqueline is a great instructor who explains everything in detail and gives good examples. I wish you guys have more material for nursing. You guys are missing a lot of materials such as STI, sexuality, menopause, reproductive, and so on. That is, unfortunately, because you guys are great instructors.
These pharm videos are essential to understanding medications. You don’t get enough in class because profs have so much to cover. You may find yourself just memorizing things when you really need to UNDERSTAND how these drugs work and then memorizing is much easier and you have a way to reason though exam questions to find the correct response. Went from an 84 on my first pharm exam without Lecturio to a 94 on my second with Lecturio. So happy I took the time to use this extra resource. You get back way more than the time you spend watching the videos Prof Lawes if the prof you wish you had! LO!. Highly recommend!!
???? He teaches well and it’s over all good. I like it
Very good explanation by Dr. Vincent Racaniello. Clear and precise language and can be well understood by laymen. Pretty impressive work. Highly recommended.
Dr. Mitchell manages to get a lot in - in very little time. Most importantly, he successfully communicates the subject manner in an interesting way.
DR Delves is fantastic in this series. He is clear and delivers the information in a very engaging manner. I felt confident going into my exam after working through the modules. Thanks so much Dr Delves for a great experience.
These lectures helped to clarify and reinforce the material I had covered in class. The lecturer is incredibly clear, drawing attention to what are the most important aspects of the topic. I sat my pathophys test today and breezed through it! Thanks so much Dr Mitchell, I owe you one ????
I love this teacher, but his pronunciation is not understanding.
Love it. Clear. Concise. Very helpful. Videos are great. As are the summaries.
The most and foremost important tutorial as soon as you know the body system response to the causative pathogen and possible failure, from there you initiate effective and efficient management .This lecture has a vital content for doctors with different specialiality .Massive thanks to a professor Richard Mitchell.
Another brilliant lecture by a professor Richard Mitchel . Immune- mediated disease are the most important cause of many diseases which need to be tackled closely and precisely. Many thanks to a professor Richard Mitchell. He has given with great examples of each hypersensitivity type.
Not much needs to be said, the presentation speaks for itself! Watch for yourself and you'll see how informative this is! The Genetic recombination of B-cells' antibodies and receptors was so hard for me to understand, and all it took was one video (less than 10 minutes) to understand the concept fully. Great professor!
Really love the videos by Proff Elliot, and I love that he explains that concepts are constantly changing but gave us the foundation to build on.
best teacher in the world. such a good summary . thank you
I loved it good explanation . will think of definetly subscribiing . straight to the point
Structured content and simply made easy to understand. There’s no doubt that you will have a better view to approach nursing as a science.
Awesome help for my accelerated program!! Always have a lecture for explanation. I would love more questions ????
Loved the presentation style and the built in quizzes to reinforce learning.
Coronavirus. Relevant topic. Could not have been made available at a better time. Very good job 5 stars. I encourage everyone to listen to all the lectures in this track. Although, more and newer information is made available everyday, this course makes a great foundation for solid knowledge based. I like it very much. 5 Stars.
I dont understand the neg review. This is such a good lecture covering the key points. I found it very helpful
An excellent overview, brief and concise. Just the right amount of detail for an introduction is presented.
I really like it ?? Dr.Raywat very professional make it easy and very understandable
A simple concept expained in a simple manner, without complicating it too much
Nice delivery but as much as Dr tries to break it down,it looks a bit abstract. Perhaps some mneumonic would help
very good summary slide. Its captures everything covered in the previous lectures in a succint and memorable way. I like that 6 keys points.
I love it that I get a clearer view of the topic. The lecture is straightforward. Yes, I would recommend to others
The lecture is organized and precise. I would recommend it others. Moreover, it's less time consuming and as I said highlights what material is needed.
Tetralogy Fallot becomes an easily understandable condition with the lecture of Doctor Brian Alverson. I can now explain tetralogy of Fallot by myself with ease without learning it by heart
prev rater was harsh this was much better than the instruction i got so giving it a good rating since it helped and was easy to understand, the landmarking wasnt included here but ive studied plenty myself so if youre looking for that just find an image online and count them on yourself/percuss on yourself
the organization with listed infographics were very helpful to reinforce the logic of head to toe, and was a good summary for head to toe assessment
I find the information useful and presented in a simple manner. The professor is kind and provides the students with logical explanations and tips on how to memorize things.
It is SO FUN to watch Dr Mitchell! The amount of knowledge delivered so perfectly for me to digest is amazing. He takes you to the deepest of details with ease and maintains the solidity of the bigger picture in your mind (well mine at least). I have never had so much fun learning about the Coagulation cascades and their intricacies. Simply amazing!
Well explained and suits my needs. Good materials ,easy to understand.
Great efforts, nice and interesting presentation from Dr Richard Mitchell
Excellent info, covers all area which is required. I have learned the much.
much wanted detail. thank you so much, perfect and informative.
Very good info & structure. Very Helpful for my Anatomy seminar. Dr. James Pickering is awesome! Thank you very much!!!
I think Richard is the best, I really enjoy his lectures and understand the complex topics easliy, thank you very much

A little mistake does not compromise the quality of the lesson. I like very much the way professor Richard talk and explain the lecture, with clarity and patience. Yes I would recommend the lesson.
Professor Kevin make it enjoyable course; It helped not only in remembering many info that I forgot in the class, but also I did learn many new valuable information. The fact that the explanation provided by Dr. Kevin is so easy to understand and memorize, make this course very interesting.
I am a biochemistry student, the videos on lecturio have been so amazing. The lectures are superb. The language is easily understood and in a very friendly way. The concepts are been discussed fully and appropriately. It has made me to understand biochemistry more.
the material had been given clear easy to understand .Helpful in clinical practice and updated ,which is super impoertant
Dr. Lawes, you are just amazing! You put so much heart, effort, knowledge and learning SCIENCE into your teaching that it makes learning effective, memorable, and joyful! I absolutely adore your lessons. Thank you so much for sharing your talents and knowledge with us! And congrats on your PhD!
sorry, my english is not so well, but it is very well here
ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok
Super simple and short! Great introduction to bacteriology and covers the major points.
I really, I would recommend for everyone interested in learning more about vital signs
I'm learning what wasn't taught at my university here . It makes me feel great to think I'd have missed these basics if I hadn't purchased lecturio ????
I am updating my knowledge base in microbiology as I dive into teaching the course on a more regular basis than before. The information presented in these videos is concise, delivered well by Dr. Racaniello, and given in small chunks that make it easy to stop and come back at a later time.
These lectures are excellent. The questions keep you on your toes. Thank you!
Amazing lectures. Only complaint I would have is that some topics are missing but otherwise the explaining is very clear and concise. It is very helpful !
The most fun I had learning about bacteria. That Italian New Yorker accent is everything! His E. coli lectures are the reason I passed my midterm and can totally discuss anything E. coli like a pro. So happy I discovered him and will definitely come back for more.
I am a medical student and I absolutely adore the way nurse Rhonda Lawes teaches. She has a palpable maternal aura that makes listening to her very comforting and it also makes me want to please her by doing well on my exam. Like she has expectations of me and I absolutely can’t let her down. She is so good.
Great lecture. I was able to learn some things I did not initially know. I appreciate the details. Thank you and please keep doing what you do to help people like us to know more.
I really appreciate the details in the concept .It is rather more like an interesting story i would like to get back to listen to it time and again to appreciate the creators creation of human life
I like this material Professor was very nice Good lectures
This is a fantastic teacher with great didactic. I would probably take 10 times longer to understand the subject if I were to read about it without prior knowledge.
just got the structure formation of a f actin support epithelial
As a Gastroenterologist I always work hard to go deep in my knowledge and learn the new meterials. I like the way of your evolution and discription, made me convice to give you 100 marks.
Please ask the instructor to do a video on research methodology. This topic is commonly tested by MCAT.
You really need to do something about the distracting mouth sounds.
Excellent teacher. He dissects complex subjects to make them easy to remember.
You really are an excellent professor Sir. I like how in these videos I can't really hear the extra mouth sounds like in the other videos!
The topic was Very well explained. It was easy to understand and remember. Thank you!
Simple. Precise. Very good. Don t waist any time. This topic is very high yield for any medical test.
This is a very clarifying lecture on Listeria, taught by a professor with very good teaching skills. And kinda funny.
I have been following these lectures and this man really needs to drink some water because the mouth sounds are extremely distracting. I am suffering through these lectures because medical school is actually worse and taught on ZOOM and my medical school doesn't seem to believe in actually teaching, but this guy's extra mouth sounds are absolutely dreadful. All he needs to do is lower the mic from out of his mouth to eliminate the extra mouth sounds. I was going to give one star, but it's not like I don't like the content, I just can't concentrate over the mouth sounds. Also speak a bit faster. I don't have all day.
Very nice presentation of the concept with such efficient & proficient delivery
Its amazing to see this topic delivered in such a lucid manner
I like how Dr. Kevin discussed all the topics, simple and easy to understand.
Great communication skills, very didactic. Sometimes, when a person knows a lot, he or she do not have the ability to pass that information forward, but this professor does it really well.
Exceptional presentation, the professor has highlighted all of the key elements! Thank you so much for the information and smiles!
Very good information with so much fluency, I would like Dr. Mitchell to make lectures about other pathology topics
The only criticism I have is that my preference would be for longer and fewer videos. I know that many students today prefer the shorter format, but as someone who is older, that's not my preference. Otherwise, the teaching has been clear and concise.
Difficult topic explained simply and precisely. Exactly what I've been needing.
great presentations by an expert -- lots of great images-- in a concise manner!!
I am an MD and never learned the rebreather mask. This lecture helped me to know the oxygen delivery methods better.
very clear and detailed explanations, basics and detailed information is well explained.
Dr. Mitchell makes it amazingly easy to understand this hard-to-grasp concepts!
VERY easy to follow along with and understand. Definitely helping me pass patho
Way better to understand than my lab teachings on this, way more instructive this way. Agreed worth the money.
Makes the tough subject easier to understand . This app has shown very beneficial. I think I will buy the year subscription after my 3 months are up
i need a more in depth version that talks about antigens , antibodies, mast cells and IgE,IgM,IgG etc.
Like is just noticed. But LOVING it each day is not forgetting every single details from the lecture even in tye middle of the night. Sadly, got aint have funds to subscribed on a premium.
super clear, thank you very much. especially the graphics are pretty good, very explaining. lecturer explains well too.
The lecture breaks it down so simple that it’s easier to understand. There’s still more factors that I’m sure they’ll be discussed in other lectures but it’s perfect to help to create a strong foundation in your knowledge
Nice and comprehensive overview! Easy to understand/listen! Bacteria made easy.
This was very helpful, pretty neat and clear explanation. Thank you very much.
Love Lecturio! The teaching and pictures are awesome! Thank you!
Excellent content, well delivered. Great review for me since it has been over a year since I took microbiology.
Great Visualization and the elaborative method of teaching is right according to my mind.
Perfect... I undarstant many things here... Nice explanation Wish best for you
Microbiology is a founding block of all things medical. Professor Racaniello made not so easily pronounceable words sound so easy. His pace and style being so pleasant, he made it attractive for me to sit and focus start to end. I look forward to more of his lectures.
They are chunked in small amounts and presented very clearly. The visuals are excellent and the professor’s pace is terrific.
Brilliant course. It has a great differential diagnostics and an overall content is really good.
Great lecture! It was very explanatory. I enjoyed the lecture and was properly informed. I look forward to getting enlightened by your other lectures. I am so happy that I joined Lecturio. I wish more people out there are aware of Lecturio and subscribed to it. I wish I had joined it way back. Thank you.
brief , clear, high yield, relaxed, in depth lectures. With a question and answer section at the end of every lecture. I'm loving it
Style is entertaining. Repetition helps retention. Instructor's voice and diction are pleasant. Professor Lawes developed a highly effective didactic method. Obs: the question on who would I recommend this lesson to is grammatically incorrect. You may want to rephrase.
EBM best introduction I`ve had ever viewed. His English is clear for IMGs.
Absolutely wonderful resource for nursing students!! Great job done to help students struggling with putting the pieces together. Now I am having deeper understanding of the concepts
The orator presented the information in a way that was clear and competent. The layout was easy to follow. The couch strategy she used to categorize the values was beneficial to my learning. After following the steps of how to interpret ABG’s. I can confidently say, I understand how to interpret ABG values, I am able to determine which system is at fault, know if they functioning at a level to help fix the problem. What I’ve learned from lecturio, I am assured I can effectively communicate with other healthcare professionals. My ability to apply the necessary skills/interventions that will assist my patients in regaining their optimal level of functioning in a safe and effective manner has increased as a result of this information.
great lecture. I dont see why it is not highly rated. Thanks you
Professor Lawes exhibits effective didacts. Impossible not to focus and retain all we can. She reinforces key points again and again in fun and different ways. Her diction, intonation, composure, all of her teaching attributes make her one highly effective professor.
Engaging, fun, makes learning more effective. Enunciation of words is quite pleasant. Voice intonation is pleasant. Even tired, I manage to keep my focus.
No entiendo mucho es hard to understand.......I don't know what to say ..
Dr Kevin explains the concepts slowly and with emphasis. He also includes the physiological aspects, making biochemistry sound more biological rather than chemical
I like the videos very much. They really helped me understand many concepts.
I loved this lecture ´cause dr ahern was so clear and it really helped me understand this topic.
I enjoy and greatly benefit from all of Dr. Mitchell's lectures which bring out the basic structure and mechanisms of each system or structure providing the basis for understanding the pathophysiology. Superb!
A simplified explanation for a very detailed topic. Very nice!
Explained very well Dr, your passion for the Mather is contagious.
I love the way the professor teach and the PPT are well planed
I enjoyed it. The doctor did a really great job explaining! of course, I recommend this course.
I love this Doctor rendition: pleasant voice, rhythm, attitude, accent, everything counts. Highly professional. I love it.
Dr Anderson is a great teacher and helps one build the knowledge platform while showing the needed, key or "take home" points! Thanks! DocWillis.org
Love Rhonda, She makes it interesting to listen and understand with sign and symptoms. Easy to follow and make sense out of her lectures. Love all her vides and get upset when I have to see other instructors with no patient in teaching or give specific details. Some of them looks like they are reading out of a paper.
as a future doctor I am expected and I should be as close to perfection as possible as I also expect you guys to be so. I will not recommend this lecture to anyone else unless I tell them about the little mistake that the lecturer did beforehand; otherwise the lecture was good.
The professor teaches very well, and difficult concepts are taught in a clear, concise manner.
Basics of this course can be explained in a very detailed manner
not enough details, like the fast staph. is Catalase-positive and non motile . more details needed.
I needed a short, sweet, simple explanation of immune tolerance, and that is exactly what this is. Thank you!
The chapter was covered so precisely in such a short amount of time
Absolutely amazing explanation! Step by step! Especially about the bleeding and elevated estrogen levels!
Thank You! Very helpful and useful. Simplified way of explaining a complicated topic
It is like sitting in a classroom with your best teacher.
I LOVE THIS DOCTOR , he make the lecture more absorbable
Dr Holt is a gem! He has helped me so much grasp the concepts of assessment on different body systems. I adore his lectures! He is amazing
straight to the point, learned a lot, not bogged down with abbreviations
I really appreciate because it helped me a lot to grab such a complicated topic in a simple or decent way.i can't explain.eventually I loved to learn subjects in this manner
This lecture series is simply one of the best EVER. For a Technical subject where students can get lost in the details and awe that is our bodies defense, Dr. Peter Delves doesn't only present all the necessary details to have a firm understanding or just concise distilled High-Yield concepts, but somehow manages to put on an awe inspiring performance deeply ingrained in our memories for ever. This is on the level of Dr. Sattar's iconic PATHOMA Lecture series. Lecturio you don't need any more advertisement than this.
I'm just curious whether this professor recites what he is reading and points out what's on the diagrams.
The lecture was simple understandable and Clear , it gives a broad explanation about the fundamentals of biochemistry
you have explained it brievly, cool, thank you so much
Though maternity part is still under development, the ones available are really top quality. The professor is engaging and the way she explain is organized and beautifully structured. Keep up the good work! Focus a little more on nursing cause we do not have many good online schools on this field, and it is an exploding one right now. Thanks
Great professor! You can see she loves teaching. Content very well organized and balanced.
I have enjoyed how Rhonda explains the mechanisms of action along with the sound affects that help me remember. Lecturio does an amazing job of photos
Dr.Mitchell is very reassuring to students learning this daunting topic. I followed his advice and re-watched the videos as well as keeping the big picture in mind for each step. Now I finally can understand and find this to be very interesting to learn!
The way he explained was perfect and it helped alot
i like it in general ,it is informative , clear and easy to understand
Professor Holt is amazing in presenting any form of nursing material. She breaks things down and explains it detail by detail which makes it easier to u deter and and remember. Any class she teaches… I am there
I like the way the material is presented and the professors overall lecture energy and outline.
Very clear, concise to understand the formulas for all usmle tests
He was very wholesome, calm, clear composed and his use of references to his experience were wonderful.
Highlights key points and is super easy to follow - spent hours trying to understand the same concepts when reading the textbook
The lectures are well explained and he made it easy for understanding the microbiology concept
It has been but pure, clear and Concise..the way Dr Canby goes about to illustrate the slides especially for the fact that this aspect of the human anatomy is very complex to understand.. I have already recommended a lot of my friends to lecturio and they were all glad I did.
his way to explain is amazing. i love the silds so much
Made something so complex easy. I've always had trouble here.
This lecture series was very well done. The material is relevant, the lecturer's explanations a very clear, and the quiz questions are very well formulated. I have come to expect no less from lecturio.
Vey well summarized and complete. I was having difficulties to learn it, but with the Lecturio’s videos I understood it the first time.
This is one of the best courses you can take in lecturio; I believe there should be more lectures by Dr. Richard Mitchell in pathology because of his way of teaching. Thank you very much for making this easy!
I CONSIDER THIS LECTURE IS VERY USEFUL, BECAUSE THE LECTURER AND THE CONTENT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND THANKS
well, before watching, I choose 5 stars for all the section because that is better than what I see out there online they have all the 3 in 1 video, that is great, but I would prefer that all broken down
The professor is very energetic, making the complicated medical concepts extremely easy to understand. I like this set of lectures!!!
Thank you for givine such a clear, clean and concise explanation. Looking forward to continue this course. Again, thank you.
I choose this rate because Dr Vincent deserve it. I really really like it. Definitely I will recommend to other students.
I like it very much because it explains in detail . I will recommend it to my fellow medical friends . Thank you Lecturio
Very well explained the basic mechanism of cystic fibrosis. Hope this would lead to a cure of this disease.
Loud, sure and clear with a very posture Thank you
Lecturio videos helped me study the subject more easily and also helped me in solving mcq questions. But i wish there were more mcq questions after each section.
The lecture were so concise and upto the point. The questions following each video were very helpful in remembering the key facts.
no sound on the video. no sound on the video.
I appreciated the amount of information and the intent of valuing the ways a person can see the difference between a few days of sadness and a disorder.
Yes, great way of explaining abdomen . I like it very much this course many thanks indeed. A very detailed and informative lecture and all demonstrated geographically on the pictures precisely. Many thanks indeed.
Very simplified but actually not simple. Perfect lecture and lecturer
I love it a lot because Rhonda Lawes is a great instructor and for her excellent job I feel so confident. I feel happy to hear Lecturio video course.
I loved this lecture! Everything was so well explained: simple, straightforward, and I especially love few external tidbits thrown in such as the meteorite portion. It helps to remember these facts. Thank you!
This lecture was one of my favorites as it made something so confusing perfectly digestible.
This application can help anyone and everyone who is interested in learning more about medical stuff and not just medical school students.
Dr. Ahern is a very good lecturer. He explains concepts very clearly.
Mechanisms of clot formation and removal as well as therapeutic targets and remedies for both. Covers a lot in a short time. Well explained
Los videos son prácticos y refuerzan bien el conocimiento aprendido.
The most useful thing for me is learning objectives. So I became awake and tried to listen more carefully
I really enjoyed the video. Dr. Mitchell walks you through the process with patience and enthusiasm and makes things easy to understand.
How you summerise important aspects Concise Informative Like it a lot
It is a very very informative course . Nice approach to a tough topic with relevant clinical examples .
I choose it because it gives deep insight to the pathology science with followed by questions to review and examine yourself I recommend it for everyone with weak bases in pathology or want to get a specialty in pathology later, I wish if it is completely free.
I like the way he simplifies the concepts and how he incorporates them into diseases. I would recommend anyone who has a weak base in immunology to watch these lecture videos so as to have a big picture about the course. Believe you me, you'll start explaining concepts to your friends or in class like you're a professor too hahah. Thank you so much Dr. Richard Mitchell for your effort and simpliying this course for me.
Excellent resource. Thank you. I also enjoy the quizzes and practice medical scenarios.
The complexity of the subject makes it a nightmare to study a reference book or attend a lecture with someone who didn't know what they were doing. Dr. Canby saves so much time and explains the divisions and detailed classifications of the spinal cord with such ease it is impressive. I came across this app a month away from my finals because I didn't understand most of the neurosciences subjects. Trust me, I understood Neurosciences (including neuroanatomy from this course) in just a month way better than all my attempts during the previous 6 months. Very well done course! It integrates the mapping with clinical correlations on the spot and makes everything easy to memorize.
simplest and clear and touch the point figure help in understand
Very well explained, interesting. I really like this teacher and series.
i am very pleased with this lesson! I really unterstood everything
Very quick and simple explanation. It helped me understand the overall picture of what the apoptosome is.
I know this review should be efficient but I am just going to rant about how much I love this course, from the content of the course, with the professor's calming and supportive aura, to the efficiency of delivering the info, I find myself at loss of words to describe how much I really enjoy this course. If you want to unconditionally love pathology, medical practitioner or not, watch these lectures. I have a growing history with the Lecturio program, all of their content is very helpful, the online events, video libraries and Qbanks, it is worth the investment! I have had many bad introductions to medical courses from professors in my university throughout my ongoing years in medical school. I grew to hate some courses just because of how some teachers make their subjects sound and feel complicated. This is way far from reality when it comes to Lecturio and this course as a magnificent example, you just can't miss the meaning and content of every video. I found myself in love with subjects I hated for years, Neurosciences and Pathology for instance, all because of the amazing lecturers, the easy accessibilty to course materials and supportive quizzes. Incredible stuff!
Well presented and focus of clinical relevance. Short and concise.
Hello Dear Doctor Canby. Brilliant explanation . And the demonstration is outstanding thanks for your time and effort !!! It is very important topic as well as we need to know a lot about brain in order to treat correctly and precisely rest of the body . I think 12 CN are given really well as well as cerebral cortex . I Interested in more about spinal fluid and how to improve content of the spinal fluid as we know it does give all the necessary nutrients to the brain . Some people have sudden seizures I wandered if possible to predict by taking and analysing their spinal fluid content! To avoid patient from seizure ! As every seizure gives really hard time to a patient and consequences are negatively affect to the brain cells of the individual . So better prophylaxis than cure. And I believe there is more effective ways to treat brain disease by knowing the pathogenesis of brain disorders . Many thanks for the great course about cerebral cortex. Kind regards, Dr. Gulbanu Akimgaliyevna.
Hello Dr Elliott, Yes this course is very complex and very interesting !!!! Especially pathogenesis part I think very important!!! As all treatment depends on it! Yes ,I do like this COVID 19 course ! I have taken so long to read those sessions as trying to compare from other sources if it had differences. That why is more interesting to study and memorable! I always love to study with differentials! Sorry about that that. As it is a new virus + with various subtypes , I am taking my time to study rather just reading ! I study to gain knowledge and skills not for a certificate Therefore I may take longer time And study all the details . This course is amazing I still think COVID-19 needs to be studied a very profoundly in order to have more effective and efficient treatment for the patients who experience this dangerous COVID-19 disease Especially I think post- COVID recovery’s very important as well. Many thanks for your great talk . Excellent explanation , and content is very informative . Dr .Gulbanu Akimgalievna
He explains on a perfect and short way making it easier to understand
This a well put course and worth the time to do.
I'm a first year medical student and the lectures that we have had on the autonomics have not been clear or understandable at all. The set of lecture materials and the lectures that Lecture has provided has GREATLY increased my understanding and made my exam prep much easier.
It simply and in a nice way explained the Statistical Biases with examples.
It is fine, like it very much. Very informative and useful
Love it , thorough start . But I am locked out and asking me to sign up for premium again. Took quiz and out.
I understood each and everything by these lectures. Practically and theoretically both.
This lecture was an amazing video. I feel more confident and learned some quick tips.
a good update for a recent pandemic that has negatively affected so many communities
Definitely recommend to everyone, informative and concise, looking forward to more lectures by Dr Sean
The information was specific and to the point. The power point went with the information presented. It was easy to follow and understand.
Really had me engaged in the topic. Makes learning easier.
Excellent lecture summarizing all the fundamentals in so little time.
Nice summary comparing and contrasting other differential diagnoses and walk-through of a typical case of COVID.
waste of time for usmle prep highly dont recommend. thats it
It is the best class on brain structures I've had to date. However, what this and all the other reviews lack is better terms to more deliberately, precisely and succinctly REMIND the students of where each structure is and it's function EACH TIME it is discussed. The brain has ALOT of structures and respective functions that need to be understood and memorized. So that type of repetition would just be really helpful.
really good app to study , you can download the lectures and study anywhere anytime
Just look at the affiliation of this great teacher! He is teaching the concepts rather than sheer memorization.
It is helpful and updated And with presences of quiz it condence information.
Amazing explanation with the proffessor Good research on many topics
its very informative and clear understand speaks clearly nderstand the content
Excellent review of the basics; been a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic for 27 years and your videos are bringing it all back again! On the way to taking the MCAT to get my medical doctorate in Pediatric Neurology specializing in neurosurgery. Planning on beginning practice when I am around 68/69...my second career. Thank you for helping me do this great endeavor!!
I love the way he simplifies the concept This helped me. Thank you
I had pharmacology at a local CC as a pre requisite for the ABSN program I am applying to. I feel as though I didn’t really learn what I wanted to as the course I took was meant for pharm techs, not nurses. I have been so grateful for this breakdown from Lecturio/Rhonda. The space repetition flashcards are awesome as well and I am supplementing the cards I’m making in Anki with them :)
Clear, structured information. Up to date and well done! I would recommend this lecture.
Exactly what I needed. Clear videos and pre made space repetition quiz flashcards.
I like how Rhonda explains everything but even better it's her enthusiasm! Thank you
Absolutely fantastic. I love how engaging the videos are. Dr Tarry is truly gifted
i really enjoy your lectures, I learn a lot from it, you really give a hundred percent on it, especially in this one about depression, it was amazing, I have it stamp on my brain how it feels to a patient who goes thru depression. Thank you, so much.
Coming from someone that has never taken microbiology before, I feel as if it's explained simply without All the fluff, especially for a “Ph.D.,” which, from my experience, makes things more complicated than they need to be when giving lectures and quizzes. Ex. When I take the quiz at the end of each lecture I understand what the question is asking, and I'm able to respond Accordingly. This is what's missing in the science classes that I taken at the Schools I've attended.
This course are good and helpful every medical student .if anyone are complete nutrition course I think she / he achieved lots of skill about nutrition.
One of the best lecture on the Immune system. I have struggled with this topic for so long but the lectures are awesome
The explanation is clear and links to practice. I like the tips on how to group medications and key information
Five-star score not only for the high-yield information but also for the excellent teachers, spaced repetition tests and articles. Thank you all for bringing this amazing learning format!!
I want to follow in my daughter footsteps on being a nurse. I think it’s a wonderful career.
A detail and a broad way of teaching the subject. Dr. Richard teaching way, made to understand the concepts very well
this guy is badass!! he made this class so much fun and very simple to understand. you're a blessing to mankind
The video lectures are are very nicely presented by these professors. What i usually do is to to hear or watch all the time to grow myself. honestly there is always an addition of knowledge. This is the thing that satisfy me. the bad thing is that they are divided in short clips and to continue we have to to go to next topic. This will hinder when we want to correlate ???. complete one topic in a single video will have deep impact. Over all its good and i like it
Really informative and to the point lectures that clearified my concepts
Really good explanation. And I like the professor. I understood
I believe this course is excellent, and maybe the best of Lecturio. It combines all one needs to know as long one does not want to be a professional immunologist.
Alot of the explanations could be simplified. Also the course was taught with a presumption that the student had prior knowledge of this system.
I chose a 5 star rating due to content being presented in a fun and professional manner. The instructor is clear and concise. The video is just like being IN a classroom, only better. Thank you.
excellent lecture. very clear explanation, with diagrams annotations. good memory aide.
I loved how thoroughly the pathogenicity of each microorganism was covered. It was also great that the Professors explained, in detail, exactly how the microorganisms infected their target cells.
I like it. Essential info is delivered nicely. Mrs Lawes is very charming
I think I choose this because is very understanding the classes and the Dr is very practical
Excellent explanation of the descending tracts. Good review and diagrams.
Please is important to add more clinical correlation, clinical cases and bridge to other areas: pharmacology, microbiology, etc. Usmle test the integration of knowledge.
Interesting course about the hippersensibility and different things for learning
Awesome lecture as always! I've been more into my Paediatrics course right now thanks to Dr. Brian, I can understand really fast and easily the concepts and then review more in depth material like books and articles. I love the notes new feature, the slides in PDF and the articles posted here! I really enjoy going through these topics!
Bien explicados los conceptos. Esquemas claros y fáciles de entender. Debiera ser un curso aplicable a muchas instituciones de salud para que se entienda mejor la actual pandemia de COVID 19.
The tutorial is Very helpful in clarifying IV set up
Wow, talk about mastery of the material, loved it. Jasmine was very knowledgeable and her way of teaching was easy to understand
The hundred of pages in textbook presented elegantly beautiful and super easy to understand the concept. This lecture reduces the time needed to understand this part of pathology.
I now have a clear understanding of how hormones function I will recommend my friends to use Lecturio
The lectures here are really very good and well compiled. They donot exaggerate any topic. Make it really very precise and high yield. Really very easy to understand and memorise even. Really very helpful.
Interesting. Mental thirst quenchinly good. Interconnected. Just enough info. Dr.kevin fun lectures.
xcvtth wh wtyhy hsh s s wedh dg hj wsj w y. 5 y5 j65e j
Rhonda is a great lecturer! She is very clear and keeps me very focused and interested. Great video!
Nice review, but I would expect at least 2 things: 1) Recommended daily amounts 2) Information of absorption 3) Information on minerals 4) Information on macronutrient intake
ok. could use improvement please include that Kinesin and Dynein are ATPases that use energy. also that only Kinesin is displayed here. I was so busy looking for Dynein information, that Kinesin info went out the other ear. This could be better by improving the diagram.
Ii liked it very much. In very few videos I think he should have to find much easier way to deliver concepts. I will love to give five star to Dr. Richard Mitchell. I will recommend this to my class fellows and juniors (In near future after passing my exams) thank you Lecturio for providing us such a beautiful platform.
Some of the videos were long Should add more quiz I would encourage my study mates to use Lecturio
I chose it because of its high impact, It explains subjects in an easy to comprehend way. I will recommend it to any prospective medical student I know.
She is truly amazing at breaking down the topics so that students understand and grasps the concepts.
requires explanation as to why the different segments have varying degrees of white and grey matter and changes in the shape of the horn.
I thought the introductory lectures were to indroductory and to much of a waste of time. I felt they introductory lecture were a insult to a medical students education level. I almost turned them off and went on to another section but, much later the same professor started to increase the level of knowledge in each video. This is the reason I am giving four stars. Please revise the introductory lectures in microbiology. A USMLE student does not have time to waste. I'm not done with the lectures on microbiology so I'd also like to comment later and here I feel I have been very generous with my review.
This course is an excellent presentation of biochemistry. Professor Ahern presents the material in a clear, concise, easy to understand format that is easy to follow. I really like that I can pick and choose the lectures I need to watch, particularly those that I need to prepare for my upcoming exam. I find the review questions very helpful. Overall, I am finding the course very helpful and I am looking forward to completing more of it.
Made epidemiology super easy. Really enjoyed studying it. Good job
Rhonda has a lot to do with the reason I like the videos. She is an excellent teacher. She reinforces the concepts and her mannerism and examples work great for me. It helps me learn the concepts. Other instructors not so great. Some look like they are just reading off the concepts which are terrible for my learning. The overall structure of the course is great. Love the questions afterward. Love that you will be quizzed days later and if you get the answer wrong it takes you straight to the lecture. Overall I am learning a lot!

Very unique and enjoyable way to learn about Inflammation and wound healing. Thank you so much Dr. Mitchell. You are awesome
My lectures at school are good but sometimes my professors English is difficult too understand. With Lecturio, all of the presenters are well spoken and in addition to the lectures the mini-quizzes hold me immediately accountable to what I should have gleaned from them.
yes another great topic i absolutely enjoyed it . Many thanks indeed.
Professor Deonandan is excellent. He teaches with clarity, profundity, and conviction. The explanations are clear and the examples help to understand the concepts. Additionally, his tone and rhythm are very adequate, making it easy to understand for those of us that English is not our native language.
Making complicated things easy. Thank you, really loved the lecture.
Brilliant tutorial. It has main points are highlighted and a very useful.
LIteral BETER than any nursing school out there. TAKE MY WHOLE MONEY
Kevin Ahern is a really good teacher, I really enjoy his lectures, but sometimes it's hard to follow the lecture due to the presentation picturing one thing and him talking about something else. And also when he's talking about about the presentation I wished he had some sort of pointer so I would be easier to know what structure he's talking about????????
Very clear and thorough, with good explanation. Appreciate the graphics of IV angle insertion and venous lines.

It has really been great in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Thanks to Dr Raywat Deonandan for the passionate teaching skills!

I like it very much but the only issue is that the lectures are not complete about all the bacterial species of myobacteria for example, and I'd love to study all of them with lecturio cause it's simple and easy to understand so that I don't have to study the unavailable topics on other websites
Fascinating while educational, the lectures build a conceptual basis for fundamental understanding and future learning of detailed information of the organ systems based upon their cellular constituents.

Very through and the fact that most lectures had summaries of the previous video made it very easy to understand.
I got to say, i love Racaniello's videos on microbiology so far. But this series of the enteric bacteria is confusing and disorganised. Some of the slides provided are different from the ones used by him. Sometimes the script adds some erroneous information, making the already confusing explanation even worse.
Dr. James Explains very good anatomy, I liked and understood very clearly
Well structured, clear presented, presented manner of conveying mayerial, short

I've been pretty good with Cardiovascular, Pharmacology, and Neurology but I got 1 correct answer out of 5 questions in this portion of lecture. It's challenging and I like it. There are lots of stuff to memorize and put together to make sense, which has made me watch this video over and over.

Great review of immunology, including adaptive immune system. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed these videos very much. They helped me understand concepts I was struggling with.
There is lots of stuff to memorize which is good and a bit overwhelmed. I think it is because I'm kinda more familiar wih CNS than PNS after a few years of working as a nurse in my home country. It was a great review. Rhonda is born to be a teacher. She is awesome! One thing that I would mention is that it would be nicer if every lecture in PNS has quiz.
Great work here,,, I’m so happy for the clearly understandable English
The content but also the Professor Vincent Racaniello, he is convincing , spacing and detailing what is needed to be captured.
Excellent material presented. The information really helped to clarify the topics. Have greatly enjoyed using the platform. Well presented!
Awesome... I like the way he is teaching. His concepts are straightforward and clear.

Professor Racaniello masters the topic very well. He knows what he is talking about. I like his confidence. He is one of the most fluent professors I ever have
It is clear and well structured. Especially the pathways are now clear to me.
I love the way the content is broken down into sub-systems.
This lecture helped me understand the fluid and electrolyte content clearly and I was able to pass my exam
Good and clear lecture! If you need to get an overview of the CSF, works well
The lecture was brief, insightful and nice. I learnt abdomen the first time here.
Excellent professor. I think this lecture in particular (fungi) is quick and just the essential facts.
I really like this professor: rather than emphasizing memorization, he emphasizes understanding of immunological concepts, making immunology really interesting. One of the best lecturers for Lecturio.
I choose this rating to emphasize how I feel about the course,I do like it so much,it's helping me to understand most of the staff I will accept next year when I start nursing course.
Your video lectures are easily remember long time and encourage the medical knowledge for us . All this content is help to achieving my goals and success . Thank the Lecturio

Very good, short and concise lectures. Helped me very much
Lätt att förstå förklaringen till täckningarna, bra och enkel framställd
Bra förklarad, helt enkel bra. Lagom hastighet samt bra röst.
Simple and clear explanations with great slides - I was able to digest this easily, thank you!
She's very clear, but her hand movements are really distracting.
I can understand her easily! I liked Ms Lawes lecture so far..
I just find the need for an extra time revising this, particularly offline. I always find my self making some notes unlike Anatomy!
Loved the presentation! Great job! I actually want to learn now because the instructor makes it interesting and fun!
better way of making it very interesting, short lectures. easily understable
very thorough and detailed, gives great explanation of processes, many phases of digestion that start from mouth to anus.
hard to understand this lecture. I also don't understand why lecturio makes it so hard to give a rating. Why can't you just accept a few words? Why do I have to type at least 10 words AND give a heading? If I have to write a short letter every time I give a rating, it just means you don't want people to give you a rating.
Thank you for this lecture! It helps me to get better understanding about the topic
Good explaination, Love it! Easy to Understand, Keep it up!
Simple and easy going explaination! easy for me to understand. Keep it Up!
The lectures are informative and concise, which makes revision and remembering key details easier. The quizzes help test my knowledge and memory which help me pinpoint where my knowledge is lacking or my strong points.
I like the speed of lectures, though sometimes Dr. Ruedebush speaks quickly and i double check my play rate because it sounds accelerated. Otherwise very good!
A very good resource, I would definitely recommend it to my colleagues.
Great, I loved the slides and how he explained them! I'm happy to take this lecture
It contains the keypoints. Neuroanatomy is hard because it´s specific and has lots of terms. Dr. Craig is making them simple and understandable!
Thank you for interesting and engaging lectures. (The fifth generation cephalosporin can treat MRSA, I find it very cool!)
The lecture is well organized and excellent. I enjoyed the flow and details of the lectures
amazing work and explanation I liked it very much although I'm not a nurse
I think it’s too fast, and not with details so please correct these problems
Magnificent lecture about polysaccharides and their functions for storage and release
she is such a lecturer. This lecture is much more understandable because of her. Thank you
it well explained, all the points are clear and organized and easy to understand . thank you for making the material easy to observe.
The video highlights the important concepts about the hydrophobic amino acids group
The presenter is good at delivering her topic. This is the only video I've watched that has a good explanation.
This lecture was great! I could understand what the professor was explaining and I understood it pretty well.
She is a great teacher, pretty awesome. Love to listen to her lectures.
The lecture was clear and simple, and quite easy to understand. I especially liked when the lecturer posed the question and gave us the option of pausing the video to think and answer it. It made the class interactive and stimulated active learning.
You changed my view on this course ! I actually really enjoyit now
I love Rhonda Lawes!!!!!! She is amaaaazing!! Such a fantastic teacher, the way she condensed such complex topics and makes it so much easier to understand. Can’t thank her enough. Also the slides are brill ????
This course was helpful in preparing for my Patho/Pharm exam. The Professor Lawes walked through the med groups and which diseases they treat in a helpful manner.
Very interesting and engaging. The energy from Dr. Racaniello is absolutely contagious, thank you very much!
Great content. Easy to understand. Makes reviewing interactive. The quizzes and daily questions have also helped to reinforce what I've learned from my college.
Excellent indeed. Great performance, very clearly, and love her sense of humor ...
One of the best apps for learning. I love the way she reinforces information by repeating it. I am a nursing student and would recommend for all nursing students as well. Thank you so much!
Rhonda Lawes has excellent teaching methods. Her lectures make complex material is much easier to understand.
I haven't reviewed the lecture but personally from watching some of the previous vids I feel that doc Vincent is not giving a USMLE lecture. while what he does is very good, lecturio is very specific for USMLE, the lecturer has to hit the most high yield points in the most concise and easy to understand way. the benchmark would be Hassan sattar in pathoma, very on the point summarizing massive topics to a single slide.
Excellent Teacher. Short and Clear Videos. I enjoyed studying with her.
Always important information! Great questions and things to think about
I still have to review the liquid calculation. They seem to be harder for me. Thank you for making the formula simpler.
It is Well Explained . Due to previous, video and lectures , i have watched before . I consider this the best . And it is well explained , very short and understandable .
Im so happy that I start use this app. Every day I have many useful and new information in med. Its really needed on clinical practice. My grades have become better. Thank you so much for work that you do.
nice lectures, cover a wide range of topics and very clearly explained
a very helpful and good lecture. the way of explanation is amazing
uhh uhh uhh uhh uhhh uhhh uhhh uhhh this is so disturbing
I like the way the content is presented. The framework of the content helps me to understand better what is going on.
I actually like how the lectures are presented ,i easily understand it.Though i would like more questions inorder to reinforce memorability.Thank you
Great teacher .. great learning I found these pharmacology lectures very informative. The pace of teaching was perfect for me in the UK where very little pharmacology was taught on my course.
Very good lecture. I like all the lectures from this professor. He is always very clear and good at explaining things.
amazing and easy explanation. she made it very easy to understand and provide simple example. thank you for what you do
I learned so much from just watching and listening Rhonda Lawes. She makes complex subjects very easy to understand.
Rhonda Lawes is just brilliant at teaching and explaining things in simple terms. I really enjoy her lessons and gain so much learning from her style of teaching. The slides are also fantastic that are not so wordy and with brilliant illustrations. Love, love love her!
I like how much simple he makes the tough materials in pharmacology course
It's is just good that's why 4. I dislike that it's doesn't explain clinical too much
I didn’t finished yet. But I love the way she teaches. Very repetitive and this really helps to stick in my brain. Thank you Cici (RTT student)
It was great but I think the slides could be a little bit more explicit. The explanations were great.
It's okay.... But somehow hard to comprehend. I will love if you can make the teaching much easier to grasp.
Love it. I m not RN student. I am RTT student I love the lectures. I m new member.
Wonderful video! The information was categorized well, the pictures helped me to visually learn the content, and the instructor had clear explanations that were simple to understand.
Very good platform for medicos and doctors and professonals also
Very easy to understand. Linked and explained all the major concepts very well.
Good overview and complete presentation. Easily understood all the information.
I give Lecturio 5 stars for providing a better understanding of the physiology material. The lectures are short and easy to follow. The quizzes help me recall important facts and synthesize what I have learned.
I LOVE THIS!!! I have a midterm in 2 days and this had really helped me comprehend this topic. THANK YOU
hello there, I like very much thank you. good luck amazing
My favorite part about the lecture is the last example. Presentation and lecture is understandable however I wasn't quite sure whether i grasped it or not. That last part made me to understand the topic better. Thanks, Dr. Raywat !
This lecture has solved all my problems about spinal cord.
it is very clear, precise, clinical oriented. Also the exposure of the subject is very high quality.
This lecture is very informative yet concise. Everything that you need to know is here. Thank you
this course was very helpful! it enhanced my understanding of the concept. I highly encourage everyone in nursing to keep watching these videos
Excellent, clear, interesting and informative presentation which facilitates comprehension and memory of essential material.
Tgank you very much for clear and detailed explanation, these lectures help me understand the subject I've always thought to be diffucult.
This lecture was really easy to follow and contained a lot of relevant information. I definitely have a clearer picture and understand more now.
I have found all of Dr. Delves' lectures to be very insightful yet quite concise. Thank you for your hard work.
I like it very much because it’s easy to recall. It’s perfect to refresh my brain, Thank you so much Ronda.
I wish if we have more details full review for everything we study it but this is really cool , but not enough info for me I'm talking about the info and details other than that I really like the why presented super helpful
Your doing an amazing job explaining the course. Thank you for sharing!!!
I can easily understand every words that the speaker is saying unlike to my prof ,Thankyou I understand sliding filament theory so much.
I like how Rhonda explain i wish I have you as a teacher. you are professional.
He doesn't explain enough the pyramidal tracts and the extrapyramidal tracts.
Brilliant. Once again the view from afar gives a clearer understanding of the whole topic. What I did not understand are the indication for Beta-blockers, Digoxin and Flecainide. Thank you!
I understand the comment of the previous student. However, I think the goal of these lectures is to give the appropriate knowledge to use as a resident. It's not really important to know more details about it. When a patient has a tachycardia, it's important to know if it's physiologic or pathologic and the cause of it. So the lecture helps to determine the physical origin which helps to point to the cause. Thank you!
These are the best explanations regarding bradycardia that I heard of. I would have liked to hear more about other drugs that could cause bradycardia though. That being said, I think that now I cannot forget the different blocks. So thank you very much! Also cool that the case of neonatal bradycardia is talked about.
I like it, it help me a lot in this course! Thank you!
While the lecture itself is very informative the fact that MHC is referred to many times before this point means that it needs to be much earlier in the playlist.
Good clinical relevance and good explanation of their course and source. Very complete and short.
Excellent lecture as usual. I would have liked an explanation on why the pain is relieved when the patient is leaning forward in pericarditis. I liked the emphasis on the overlap between myocarditis and pericarditis. Thank you!
Excellent lecture, I think it's a group of disease which is not often spoken about.
Excellent lecture as usual. I would have liked to see the epidemiology (and mortality) but the info concerning the ethology and clinical presentation is enough to raise the suspicion of myocarditis in a sick child.
Excellent lecture as usual. I particularly appreciated to have the epidemiology and the clinical differences between the different organisms.
This lecture made once again a complex topic seems a simpler one. I understand the teacher removes as many numbers as possible and I appreciate it. However, I would have like for this chapter a bit more statistics regarding prevalence. Thank you!
I think it's an excellent lecture. However, I do agree with another member, I would have liked to see for these diseases the prevalence number of the diseases. Otherwise I think the relevant information to think about the disease is in the lecture.
I know I'm keeping saying "excellent lectures". That's the way I feel I about them. Thank you!
Excellent lecture as usual. I did not know the frequency in the general population was so high. Thank you!
Excellent lecture as usual. The teacher's high-level perspective and conceptualisation helps a lot for the mental representation and the understanding of the phenomenon.
This was very clear-informative and concise. Good presentation also.
Thank you very much for your sessions which are the best ever had.
Great lecture! As usual. This lecture helped me a lot to improve my understanding of the congenital heart problems in general. The explanations on the surgeries are top notch and on the treatment as well. Thank you!
this lecture was easy to follow and informative. a good refresher for a&p.
I'm on my last semester of nursing and I really find the material easy to understand.
Concise and clear. I am learning and all is clear and easy.
Elegí la calificación máxima, por que la explicación esta bien estructurada.
Most of the lecture was easy to understand, apart from the area where I got a little confused in Ms Clark’s explanation on what is proximal and what is distal. But a quick look at the lecture slides clarified everything. Really love this series, Ms Clark, Thank you so much.
Very good introduction courses for beginners and much knowledge for course reviewers!
I would have liked a quiz to take it helps with retaining the information
would really like to have a quiz to take. Great job explaining the material
I was lost when my professor taught this in class. These videos on lecturio helped a lot. I recently took a test in class on this material and got one of the highest grades. I really recommend.
you break this apart and down perfectly. I understand this medication 10 times better than i did before
Explained the process very well! Definitely helps out when trying to find out what is going on in the patient.
The best lecturio lesson of nervous system and brain ever!
I like it becauser it was very helpful & simple .. I like the translate sevice it so helpful as well. Thanks a lot lecturio
I've be re reading my Pharmacology text all night trying to get the words to sink in. In desperation I began googling Cholinergic and Adrenergic Receptors - and I stumbled across Lecturio and this video. Absolutely incredible!!! The way the knowledge is broken down into easy to understand components is an answered prayer. You just gained a customer.
The lesson plan was short, sweet, and Informative. Would recommend.
It was great. Very informative. I wish I had this 6 months ago.
really clear way to present this material! Important ideas integrated and revisited throughout the presentation.
I would recommend this course, it was really good and helped me with my exam
this video is short and easy to understand. Thanks Teacher
It’s to repetitive and the content is quite basic for a medical student and there is not a course of fluids for med students in the platform.
Good explanation. Pretty bad diagram. Animation probably would work better.
I honestly love this guy's enthusiasm and energy. He definitely comes of as knowledgeable and did a great job at providing an introduction to the immune system (source: M1 student who has already started but not finished studying immunology).
Again I love how she connects the dots and use examples. Not at all boring.
The videos are straight to the point having all the needed information together and examples of how they are used. It’s very helpful for me to see the full connection on how they effect the body internally and how they correct the issue. Example: RAAS, what it is, how it functions and where each medication interferes within that process. That was very helpful to me vs this is this Med, this Med is this class and the side effects are this. The videos takes me through the whole process.
Me encantan las clases son muy explicativas y muy detalladas , simplemente excelente!!!
Reviewed in easy way interesting and short section with added questions
This is the perfect lecture to understand the complement system in a simple and complete way.
i enjoyed every second of this video and it opened my mind to study more and become what i have always wanted to be a radiologist
A good overview of the topic that in my opinion covers the main ideas regarding the basal ganglia along with a good clinical correlation.
Excellent lecture as usual. It makes a complicated topic much easier. Thanks!
Excellent lecture as usual. Complex topic made easy, thanks a lot!
Excellent lecture, good overview of the different CHD, thank you very much!
Excellent lecture as it opens up the differential diagnosis of cyanosis in a baby.
Concise and clear; exactly what I needed for this topic, thank you.
Good amount of detail in digestable amounts. Very much appreciate able to run the videos at different speeds.
Simple and well illustrated lectures. Lectures take the shortest time but very comprehensive
Rhond Lawes She is the best. She is genius. She is able to transfer her knowledge very well.
No explanation at all just reading , sorry for that , No interaction
I have been struggling with this topic but since I started with Lecturio everything is unwinding now.
Rhonda is an awesome lecturer..easy to digest information with her.
Rhonda..she is awesome at lecturing. Love it..and easy to digest information with her.
I have enjoyed hearing these videos, the explanation which have been offered looking for me very interesting to walking through on view to understanding it.
very informative. pharm is always challenging, but rhonda does a good job with explaining. i understand ssri's better after watching her lecture
Rhonda you the best. You put things into simpler ways. I love lecturio. Thank you guys.
This is the Best explanation on ABG I have ever seen so far. Better than what nursing school taught me.
I love to watch and listen to Rounda’s lectures She make things interesting and talking to me like l known her for so long. I like her humour ????????????????
I JUST START WITH THE INTRODUCTION ABOUT PHARMACOLOGY it is the science dealing with preparation, uses and especially the effects of drugs
It's great to learn from someone who's enthuisiastic about their specialty and even better at teaching it. Thank you Dr. Ahern (:
very engaging. Rhonda is able to make the concept much more clear and understandable
Dr. Craig Canby has been very, very helpfil in aiding me with Neuroanatomy! Cheers! Thank you for your hard work!
V less details as compared to the need of entrance exam
the tone of voice and eye contact good just like in a classroom
I really liked the way that he explains, he makes very easy the learning of this topic, I'd recommend this class to all my partners
A nice clean and clear description of the lymphatic system. I particularly liked when Jasmine pointed at the areas of the body while using the proper technical terms. Some items have their location and description come up rather late - they are mentioned a few times before being described at all. Overall a pretty good choice of diagrams and histological pictures.
I enjoy the way in which this lecture explains every topic and how she relates to real and evidence-based nursing practice.
The videos are clear and easy explanations. I can watch them all day. On the quiz section wish the was an explanation after them because some of them don't add up and I wondering how they came up with the answer thank you
Dr Peter Delves is a very good teacher. The way he organizes his lecture is perfect and animated slides are really helpful for us, visual learner. There are 2 things that application user interface can be improved. 1) finding back one’s own notes is difficult and inconvenient 2) should have email notification or in-app notification when lecturers replied to students’ questions in Q&A box.
Very helpful. Easy to understand and retain information for future use.
The cerebral cortex is very well illustrated with succinct descriptions of the lobes and the vital areas of the diencephalic components are explained to my satisfaction, the neural circuitry is appreciated.
This is a great site to help reinforce the knowledge you already know and it’s a tool for teaching subjects you don’t know.
I like it very much due to many reasons One in order to get full knowledge and to help others like what you help me to learn a beautiful lesson Secondly the way of teaching of our be lovely professor is incredibly helpful i really Appreciate your why of teaching
Clearly explained the ABGs from the nursing perspective, but useful to all medical students. Thanks
This course helps me broaden my knowledge and I can put what I have learned into practice right after learning this lecture! Easy to grasp the ideas of the course!
I would totally recommend this course to others, I really appreciated it
It's more interesting and more easy to understand the concepts
Simple and easy to understand. Thanks Professor Peter for explaining the concepts well and clear.
Very well explained, in a way which makes it very simple to understand, she also uses very practical examples.
I like the short videos. They described what’s important and later you get questions about the video.
Both lecturers are very clear and Dr Elliot goes slowly so I get more of the quizzes correct.
I chose this rate because this doctor is incredible and this is the first time I understand biostatistics and epidemiology. He just needs to put more examples in the videos.

Methodology was perfect. Easy to understand.and she gave simple method of studying
Found this video very helpful. I finally understand how these lesions affect our vision. Thanks
The stuff it covered was done well. was some stuff missing but can't cover everything!
I have get a full knowledge from the incredible professional teacher that's why I need to continue hopefully to get bachelor's degree in pharmacology thank you for your consideration and edable lessons i am looking forward to hearing from you any information at your earliest conveniences sincerely yours hamed Abdullah
it broadened my literary horizons! The concentrated course is about the cerebral cortex playing an integral part in our body!
Pretty well explained. Its short and very useful when i have to study for my college tests. Totally recommended!
The terminology were described well, and the whole video were very easy to understand.
Content is simple and concise. Well organized and repetitive for easy consolidation
The lecturer speaks clearly and is engaging. The material is presented quite well - in a logical manner. I feel the material could go in a bit more depth (but perhaps later lectures will). I would probably give this series 5 stars, however, I'm currently studying for the USMLE, and I feel half or more of the review questions are extremely low-yield. For example, there are questions about which section of a plant does a specific fungus infect. That's okay to test understanding of the lecture material presented, but I don't want to have that type of question included in my "Spaced Repetition" for memorization. It's a real waste of my limited time and brain space. Please ither remove the low-yield questions, or perhaps a better (and faster) option would be to add an option to turn off the "dumb" questions.
she is quite clear... and engaging as well... can't wait for more of these videos i enjoy it ... # Kenyan - African student Nurse
Overall very great lecture videos, but it could be better if more questions are given after each video because I think 2 or 3 questions are not enough.
everything is simple, connected, best explanation and simple slides doctor you are the best thank you
Love all the videos. I'm able to grasp the concepts and moreover scoring well in my exams too
This series of tutorial videos are great and really helpful for nursing students, It's fantastic and I like them pretty much. However, it could be better if each video can goes longer and give a more detailed explanation of some medications which treat a particular disease like how this drug works and how it react in human body to achieve their function.
Love the course, thank you very much teacher, it really helped me.
This classes are so much fun! I remember know thing that I though I forgot, she helps with the analogies and the fun, i really like her as a theacher. Wonderfull job, and thank you!
I llike it very much, every single class is easy, fu, and practical
the best explanation for the complement system, very clear and simple thank you soo much doctor
Can I get a bachelor's degree in pharmacy if I have finished all the lessons?
These lessons are really put in order to help understand easier and the way it’s organized on the slides helps big time.
tienen un metodo de enseñanza increible. aprendo mucho con ustedes. desde argentina gracias lecturio
good, I really like the information, thank u Dr., bla bla bla bla bla
Amazing way of teaching in an organized fashion! I love the images and order of teaching that helps me comprehend the material.
Very well explained and great quiz questions to verify your knowledge
Amazing, knowledgable and informative content. It translate well to the British nursing course.
Cheers to my research question - P - Medical Students and Graduates , I - Dr. Raywat Deonandan Videos, C - other videos, O - Understanding Core Epidemiology and its concepts :) , Amazing Lectures , Thank you so much Dr.Raywat .
Thank you so much for all your review and lectures, It saved me a lot of time ! Best regards
I like this course because before it was difficult to me to understand the leadership but this app make simple to me
This course has all I need, so a 4 star. However, I didn't get something special so not 5 star.
High yield facts, great for closed book examinations. Loved the bonus mnemonic! Thank you for your work!
Easy to understand, and in depth enough for my school's requirements.
I liked the way that's you are giving the informations I really like it and I hope you open all the lectures Thanks
Yes, I will recommend it. Very useful and easy to understand
I loved it. Very informative and explains everything for better understanding.
Hi These lectures contain the necessary main points in the epidemiologic domain which are going tp be a complementally aid in the medical field knowledge.
Thank you for your Asking i like it too much Frist of all I have a habit of pharmacology since my childhood Secondly really really I love the way of teaching of our lovely instructor of this coures Thirdly i like to help people for free After i finsh my course Thank you for your nice lesson
I love having access to such rich learning material, thanks for making this an available resource. My only criticism would be that the quiz questions could use improvement and the professor could talk slower to make note taking easier. Overall, very grateful to have found this!
me gusto mucho y muy recomendable para los que todos estén interesados en la enfermería muy claro y preciso muy entendible
The lecture was simple. However, way too concise. Not all tracts covered and levels could have being discussed a little more. But my basics got clear. Can use as a reference to study spinal cord in depth
good visual slides, good summary slides, repeats information in different ways for understanding and good presentation for memory aid (fluid in inappropriate places).
good explanation of the components in the facial nerve. Thanks
I spent weeks reading and trying to understand from the books but these lectures made it so easy to understand, I also love the fact that it keeps on asking questions so you can remember them. Thank you so much for these lectures, I love them.
Excellente, really good to explain and really easy to learn
I had a professor that would just stand there and talk also, not very helpful. At least point to the picture or something.
Excellent information which made the whole process of the video easy to understand. Great lecturer explaining everything
Understandable!!! Easy to remember! And pretty useful!!! You really need to learn basics topics in Med career it surely make you to be highlighted over another students
Clear and precise explanation! Goes into the essence of this condition and correlates very well the clinical presentation
Clear and concise ! I really liked it. Thank you very much.
excellent explanation, the images and the treatment will help me a lot
It helped me clarify some topics I had been having trouble with.
Lecturer is concise and very interactive, making the information understandable, easy to remember, and memorable. I want more!!
Sorry, the following videos have the information that I was looking for, sorry again
I love the pace and flow of the lectures... great diagrams and very clear presentation... great addition to the study plan!
She is the best professor online! Her series are just captivating and clear. Always.
She has a wonderful voice. It helps me to focus and makes me want to learn more
it is simple and clear. I can able to understand easily
I like it a lot, simplified. I think you could explain a bit more
This lecture is simple, clear, and visually good. Dr. Clark explains in orderly and is not overwhelming.
Nice explanation. As lot of questions regarding calculation are asked in stats it would help if you can include questions and explainations. Like the set of questions included in cardiology by Dr Joseph Alpert has helped a lot to understand important concepts
In my student days in the 1950’s Statistics was a chore. It is only when I had some data of my own was it interesting. But it was the event of electronic calculators and later computers that got me interested again in Maths. The greater part of my professional career in Nuclear Medicine again stimulated an interest in both maths and the physical sciences. Latter, I became interested in heath effects of the radiation of populations. Especially, of interest to me was the debate, still on-going of the, ‘No Linear Threshold.’ I understand very useful from the point of view of setting regulatory standards. Useless from the point of view of predicting deaths from low level radiation. Of course, this was formulated prior to contemporary ideas of cell biology. To return to your lecture series, it is of great interest to me as to the definitions used in epidemiology. Thank you for a stimulating series
I've taken classes from Dr. Racaniello previously on the coursera.org platform. He is a very engaging instructor and he is no different in this Lecturi series, at least for the free part. As a citizen scientist, the full cost is too much so for this series I can only comment on the bacteria sections that are free. The quiz questions are very relevant to the material presented and the reference material is equally good.
I love how he explain things, he's so clear and easy to understand!
the lecturer gives a lecture with easy way and make us understand well the points
Very succinct and clear course, easy to follow, with questions that reinforce your learning! I would love some more questions, In all honesty, but Dr. Deonandan has done a fantastic job. Thank you. Definitely Recommend!
well explained, simplest form and easy to understand. She's amazing
The instructor was very good and the subject was made understandable by her.
She explains this so clearly and helps you understand. She is a great teacher!
I like these lectures they are fun and engaging. The instructor explains concepts well and is knowledgeable. I would recommend lecturio to my friends and family.
My university study curriculum for immunology is quite packed with details regarding the adaptative immune system, and not only. Thus, it was a true blessing to get to understand the bigger picture first with the help of these lectures, so that I will further add the details required.
ddnt explain well at all. ddnt explain the exact location of the gray horns or anything.
I would recommend the Dr. Georgina Cornwall to look more towards the camera.
everything about the lecture is beautiful as it has Really helped me to learn respiratory disorders
I liked the way Doctor Peter explained everything and that too so concisely. It was really an engaging session with him
Rhonda Lawes is a Great teacher. She knows her subjects. It isn't like she is just reading from a script, so she keeps you engaged. Would definitely recommend.
So nice and well explained with great doctors ???? they make the impossible possible
Excellent diagrams with pictures. Diagrams were labelled, clear and simple explanations for new students. Quiz was amazing as it reinforced content that was learnt.
It was fun learning the content. Frankness was encouraging. Important points have been outlined
Great , it is very interesting and I like how it's been taught
Its apt for 2nd yrs....simple and all main points are given.
I loved it, really interesting and easy to comprehend, thank you very much :)
The AV blocks were explained so clearly. I have never understood the differences between the three types before. thank you
Very clear and concise. Hits on high yield points. Great lecturer!
This review has saved me! I have always struggled with pharmacology and was dreading the NCLEX just because I knew there would be pharmacology on it. Within three hours of watching these videos I already feel a million times more confident.
Need more mcq 's for practice and good content. Very clear concept s
good good good good lecture it was really helpful nice teaching
Lecturer adds in tidbits like you would get during peer orientation on a nursing job in med-surg, etc. regarding how patient's normally respond to different meds/conditions. You'll never know how much this has helped my nursing. Thank you Rhonda!
I loved these lectures!! Very informative and easy to understand. Great
Both Dr. Sean Elliot and Vincent Racaniello are awesome. Both of them provide key information of microbiology. The presentations are clear and easy to remember
I always watch your videos before i study that topic from the book. It gets soooooooo much easier that way.
Very good Thanks Really it doesn't take much time and its really good
El programa ya se me acaba en dos meses, estaría muy interesada de volver a comprar si tuviesen en español y tambien como estudiante me ayudaría mucho un descuento
I really liked all the lectures They are to the point
the lecrure is detailed and very comprehensive it is well presented i also liked the quiz that comes afer the lecure.
i chose this rating because the lecture is up to the minute, well researched. and the presentation is straight to the point.
great videos i enjoyed this neurological lecture series, she is a good teacher
Great case, and good way of explaining things. Very good
J'ai adoré les cours ,ils m'ont économisé beaucoup de temps de révision ?
The classes are short covering usually one topic at a time. This allows more to learn the material easily.
Very concise and easy to grasp. I definitely like how the Professor presents her points.
I really love Dr..Rhonda Lawes her voice is so calm and really knows what her lectures is..i wish she can handle more subjects on the nclex.
It almost always fails to explain 'why'. These lists are available in any textbook. I was looking for an explanation to understand it. Also, visually it is looking at a table for 5 minutes, pictures could have explained better.
The way she taught the pharmacology it was marvellous.she makes complex things into very simple... Moverover i need complete RN NCLEX preparation material from your side.
I have never found such depth in detail but short presentation. I cant believe i didnt have this info earlier.
Five stars. Teaching style great. Gives time to absorb . Repetitive approach. Bubbly
Lectures are very well structured. I like Rhonda's style of lecturing, I find it encouraging, very clear, easy to follow and interesting. Thank you Rhonda. I'm not able to give you any improvement ideas as I just stared using Lecturio and find it very good.
Lecturio explains these lessons in a simple way that make them very easy for me to understand when I study these chapters..
it's a great course. I love it very much. Need more information about Nobel prize in Medicine or Physiology for external reference. Thank you very much. Good luck.
Great lecturer. Ms. Lawes explains things clearly and concisely, while tying in concepts from other areas of study. This makes the learning experience richer and more complete. Thank you so much!!!
Really like the way she turns learning into a fun activity, her tones and way of teaching good for people who need visual as well as repetitive explanations. Especially recommend for people with learning difficulites.
Really like the way she turns learning into a fun activity, her tones and way of teaching good for people who need visual as well as repetitive explanations. Especially recommend for people with learning difficulites.
excellent teacher, wish all lectures were like this, very engaging and makes mundane information interesting.
I would highly recommend this teacher and her style of teaching. she has a very interactive way of teaching. Teacher with monotone voice i tend to not learn and switching off. She teachers in a way that is not too complex and helps you understand more complex content as the course progresses. Engaging teachers are very rare and highly recomend her.
Jasmine Clark explained the topics so well that I was able to understand the human body after a long struggle with my lecturer.
i quite liked it since it was comprehensive. But that's precisly why I didn't give it a 5 star, it didn't address the issue of whether there is something different about sars-cov2 vs other airborne viruse
Well organized, clear presentation. I understand my professional expectations exactly as a nurse in relation to pharmacology
The notes were very precise, this made them readily understood. The quizzes at the end of each lesson serves to cement the vital information covered in the lectures.
The lectures were great. However, for someone who has gone through Robbins and Cottrans' Pathological Basis of Diseases, the pathogenesis of Hypersensitivity reactions seemed a bit insufficient.
Dear sir/madam In regard to the Biochemistry basics,I am much satisfied by the cours. In fact, the videos concerning biochemitry basics are well summarized and are full of useful information in the regard of médical studies.Because of this,I am enjoying the course and continuing either to learn much more . Yours sincerely Asher Hategekamungu
Excellent lectures. Racaniello is very concise, knowledgeable and interesting. Visuals in lectures good too. Pace is at optimum speed and duration of each lecture in a nice digestible package. Content is of adequate depth - not too simplistic and not too complicated. Sequencing seems to be a little off though, with questions appearing before video. First virus video seems to talk about Baltimore classification as if already covered, so I’m not sure if sequencing of videos is correct either.
He is so natural , after topic explanation he then takes example of daily life, easy to understand
I do love lecturio because medical terms can be very scary specially when you have a language barrier but lecturio make them very easy to understand
thank you so much solved my problem, I wasted 3.5 hours to find isbar format
The way Dr. Lawes explain the information to me help it all stick in my brain. I can now explain that same information to my peers in my own words.
I love every thing about this lecture : specifically the sequences of ideas and i recommend 1st-year medical students to watch this one
Sir,I like the way that you explain about the topic. I was so week in this topic but I now know this topic very well
This course helps me better understand the basic concept of immunology
It was really helpful to have an introduction on the primary immunodeficiency before the actual lecture at my uni
Because I learnt alot and also increase knowledge on h. Pylori and medication
I love all lectures,i get a ot benifits from your course, thank you.
Did not cover key concepts, such as the general function of the basal ganglia in modulating movement etc.
Dr. Ahern is a fantastic lecturer. All the course is simply awsome.
throught the course I like the way of teaching. Rhonda lawes is just enjoying while teaching this makes easy learning
I like it. Very explanatory and practical. I'm medical student but I gained so much learning about nursing courses too since nursing is more of practicals
it was very well explained and easy to understand Thanks
It gave me all the information I needed. Plus the videos were updated to COVID-19. I definitely recommend this to all health care workers
I like it very much because the lecture gives an example of each leadership style and it helps me understand. I wish Lecturio provide test bank questions in Leadership topics.
l liked it so much. its well explained and the time taken to explain is good..
The course was easy to follow and has good illustrations of the concepts. I also like the quiz portion of the course.
Short, clear, specific, connected with cases, and speed of information is adequate.
The ease of listening and staying engaged is incredible...there's a lot of information, but before you know it, you've completed the lectures. The real-world approach makes it easy to focus, I appreciate it. Thanks
I enjoyed it very much but there always seem to be more long hard words. Above all, i did enjoy learning about brain injuries, but i just hope i dont over think it when i see one of my relatives going on about how their head hurts haha.
I liked that the subject was covered in depth and was easy to understand. Good for clinicians and med students.
Interesting and informative across the spectrum. This course covers everything of interest.
thanks to this video i now have a much clearer understanding of TOF much thank you dr alverson
Great courses ,knowledgeable and passionate professors.Perfect for those who will forever have a thirst for knowledge. I wish there were more hours in the day
Well explained this topic that is sometimes very difficult to understand.
Very clear definitions and explanations. I'd watch more of Dr. Deonandan's videos.
La explicación es bastante entendible y dinámica. Los ejemplos utilizados realmente hacen que el tema sea fácil
Dr Peter Delves, you are a breath of fresh air in a subject i didn't appreciate nor enjoyed so much. Your lectures have given me a new understanding of Immunology and a strong intrest. Like an expert story teller i find myself enjoying your lectures. Thanks so much i will definitely recommend this to my classmates.
Great professor and easy biochemistry topics to learn with good explanation.
Is easy to understand. Her slides are awesome and I loved the images of the eye muscles
Dr Delves explains in very clear ways, very complex matters. I appreciate the practical examples used during his lectures. He is clear, to the point and really comprehensive.
Pretty good, but needs more information about each type of study
Lectures of excellent quality. Sound quality of certain videos are of very high bass. I have still some doubts regarding the content. COVID has been identified as droplet transmission. But in the video, it has been described as airborne.
I work in a large public hospital biochemistry routine department, when I studied this subject there where no computers, only text books. So this is a refresher and update of the subject. I am enjoying this 'new' way of learning and it enhances my work knowledge as understanding theory is important for performing work well.
Covered all high yield points , very nice illustration which helps in remembering things better
I found these lectures very interesting and very useful! Congratulations to the ability of communication of the teacher.
Having graduated in 1972 for medical school, I’ve had no official training in immunology. Of all the courses that have reviewed immunology raise is more complex a new topics than ever before. The lecture is engaging, confident, eligible, and he presents his topic well
It was a great review of the different types of precautions as well as donning and removing PPE.
Covers a lot of content accurately but concisely. Good speed and great use of diagrams. Admittedly, if I didn't know much about inner ear anatomy to start with, it would not have been detailed enough as a lot of concepts were not explained such as the semicircular canals, the utricle and saccule and the scala vestibuli and tympani.
Just not a good way to teach this topic! Sure the math thing works but tells you nothing except it works. Useless trick in my opinion.
Keeps the student engaged and interested throughout the lecture. Great.
Summarised but enough to have good knowledge about Fungi, its recommended
Excellent and well presented lectures ,easy to understand and refresh memory!
The course is essential and clear. Great teacher for difficult subject. Optimal use of images.
I chose five star cause this lecture literally dissects the anatomy of the anterolateral abdominal wall! Detailed and relevant.
It’s valuable and well presented lectures ! I recommend it for my colleagues
es un excelente vídeo, y esta muy bien explicado; justo el tema de mi próxima evaluación
I feel the anatomy lectures are rather "static" like simply reading the narrative or bulletin points to the audience. Instead, I think the anatomy lectures, especially as we are not learning by a cadaver to gain the tactile feedbacks, might be better designed in a more inviting/ interactive way. Bringing in more pathological relevance, e.g. showing schema/ video/ autopsy would be largely helpful. Or to the minimum, highlighting the knowledge of "high yield" and compare them on an anatomic picture/schema may also improve the learning experience of these topics. I like many Lecturio lectures nonetheless, but I think anatomy, and especially the neural anatomy lectures has a lot of space to improve in such way. Thanks.
She explains good and the material is authentic. It is helping me alot, since I was hospitalised in my recent classes.
We more details. For example , the pathway of each nerve, The various branches and many more.
As you know cerebral cortex anatomy and it’s all dependent component seeming to be a bit complex, so it’s explanation kind to be evaluated by an outstanding specialist as like him, his lectures are attractive and effecient, so as conclusion good subjects even more complex and good teacher make it easy to understand the different anatomic problems.
I like it because this have a lot of information about upper limb
Ok. Very good excellent benefits i love it so much it is so good
Excellent. Very explanatory and simplified. It's easy to comprehend. Maybe more questions would help.
The vestibular section is not well detailed to enable quick reference. There was not much reference to the vestibular ganglion in the initial lectures which will better explain the vestibular system.
It was very comprehensive and interesting. I want to become a virologist too.
good lecturer nice to recognise I have forgotten so much anatomy
Dr Canby, you have made the neurologic pathophysiology so much easier for me.. Thanks
Really liking the microbio bacteria videos. Feel like the presentation of the info is well done and really easy to grasp in such a short amount of time.
im a med student, but I love watching your videos. you make everything easy to understand and fun to learn.
no explanation in this all cn videos plzz elaborate olzz
I like his style and respect his effort. I've been using these lecturers to review my knowledge
This video is precise and concise, thanks a lot, I found this series to be incredibly helpful
With the exception of the drugs my Professor chose this goes right along with our in class lecture!
She delivers a fun way to remember important facts. It was very engaging and informative.
Microbiology is explained very clearly in a interesting manner its no doubt an interactive method of teaching!!!
Straight to the point and high yield info. Dr Alverson does a great job throughout the lectures.
Very very well explained! Epidemiology seems easier now after watching these lecture videos. Thankyou :)
It was concise and informative and fun! A perfect formular for learning. I am wondering if you have lectures tailored for nurse practitioners and licensing similar to as for MD students.
It is like i am in huge class taking Lectures from experts, professionals and ones who are heros to help other, the person meets his life what he loves and now it is my time and this made easy for me by Allah and lecturio team. Thank you so much for your supporting me.
I like it because, It helps me to catch up the different aspects of Nursing, as I am basically with neonates and kids .I know I couldn't go through the entire session, but I will do it.I have recommended this to my colleagues .
The Videos are very clear and helpful. They are also not too long to get you bored
Brings together a balanced and complete picture of the usefulness and pathologies caused microorganisms.
wow never knew anatomy could be pulled off like this kudos from the maldives.
A very good review of modern immunology Thank you Dr Davies
Excellent communication, well paced and clearly emphasizing important details as well as principles
Quick turnaround in answering questions. He really knows what he's talking about; he doesn't speak vague chatter. I like it very much.
I really appreciate it is perfect! thank you so much lecturio ! Living in France
I have never seen lecture like this before. It is broken down step by steps and following along the lecture is not difficult, the way the professor asks question does helps me to memorize better and understand the material well. I will recommend to the students who are the same cohort with me. I will continue to use this source till complete nursing school. DR. Rhonda lecture is the best!!!
The lecture material is a great review and reinforcement to previous courses in Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
Extremely informative and engaging. Amazing lecturer! Thank you! You make concepts so clear, and provide real-life scenarios for the diseases caused by the microbes. Humourous in some places, which makes the content easy to remember.
Essentially well wonderfully it is perfect help with any bady who is medical person aood afort for basic concept
An excelent teacher, an average idea of everything you should know, nice examples, i love it!
hi Biochemistry's videos are interesting and give me information, the orator pronounce correctly. As you know I do my best to prepare ecfmg exam and board examination next, of course after having sufficiently training and advices under your guidance I would like to apply ecfmg examination this year, now would you please give me more information for preparing step one and step 2 exam.
I liked the delivery of the material by Rhonda. She is a brilliant lecturer.
Very helpful, easy to pick up high yield information. Thank you for the course! Loved it. Very clear and Rhonda makes it easy to remember! Thank you very much!
Excellent lecture!! I like how the lecture break down in shorter time, but covers all concepts of the topic.
the reason chooses this rating regarding pop up AD, I am not ready yet. I need more time to think about what my work schedule to fit my study and payments.
Very exhaustive and informative too. The teacher is the best one.
great lecture there. simplified as usual. thank you. i really enjoyed it
I have learned a lot through her lectures, I love her lectures, she explains things very well.
It could be improved with more bacteria (ex: for Neisseria there's only Meningitidis and not Gonorrheae, that's is treating in the Sexual Transmitted Infections just as a clinical approach)
its a simple and very fast review about the cranial nerves
I like that professor tells very interesting and useful information. Helps to review.
Well-designed and informative I would recommend that the quiz questions can be more effective. For example, some answers are just memorizing names or some details that are only noted orally for few seconds.
Hello Doctor! I love listening your lessons, you truly inspired me. Good luck and HUGE THANK YOU!
He was very much on point.Explanations were easy to understand.
Rhonda is a phenomenal instructor!! She's so passionate and has a gift to teach those in desperate need. She the best instructor out there and I admire her talent!
Thanks for the hand trick. Amazing way to remember it helped me
i choose this rating cz it's so much good it deserve 5 stars!i loved everything in this course so yea 5 stars . also i recommend it for the bggnrs so this for those information it helped me a lot. thank you a lot !
Epidemiology topics covered they are good not statistics not covered in the series mean median mode interquatile range standard deviation central tendency z score parametric and non parametric studies standard error of mean please cover these topics soon
Easy and comprehensible. I like the slides that are very simple.
Mr. Pickering is a highly professional lecturer. He explains complex definitions quite simply and understandably. It is a great pleasure for me to receive this knowledge from Mr. Pickering
The video lectures helped me organize the information I already knew and filled the gaps in between. I appreciated how Dr. Wilson was concise and straight to the point with his lectures.
I chose this because I am a fan of viruses and I want to invent a Medicine for all viruses and I loved it very much because I want to help mankind and learn, and this is a type that we must all talk about.
This lecture helped me a lot to understand what going on there!
Dr.Pickering explains everything in very simple lucid manner and the illustrations are quite easy to visualise and remember for the exam purposes
He is an excellent professor and his understanding about the subject is absolutely fantastic Thank you
Hope i will able to crack all the questions because the short videos are too good for understanding the basic concept.
two stars just for the effort. But its ore like reading fro book. Nothing different. Very boring. No interaction.
Sir explained every vedio in detail and how to manage the patient effectively
Very helpful, the content and mechanisms are clearly explained. It is very pertinent to everyday practice.
It was a good lecture and very well explained....Thank you doctor..You are the best
Awesome info and broken down to understand. Goes through each step in bronchoconstriction.
I'm studying for step 1, but this professor is much more in-depth and relates the meds to possible questions. rather than just reading from a slide.
Talks clearly and explains all the key points so that you can understand the lecture in simple terms
Amazing lecture! Professor Delves makes hard biochemistry processes easy to understand. It's also incredibly up to date!
Great Great review of lecterio and very useful for Study
Really great videos. Extremely helpful, though on our curriculum we are required to know basic lab diagnosis of the common bacteria and identify their culture in lab practical exams it would have been helpful if that area had a section as well.
I understand it so well. Thank you for the lessons, professor.
The vedios don't cover many important aspects such as cultures , serology etc. Every topic is over summarised and isn't very good for concept building
thank you! your lecture is super, very useful, easy to remember
It would be better to include its adverse effects and signs of toxicity
thank you so much! it is interesting and easy to remember.
Horners Syndrome is very importn and there is any more lectures about it
Very informative and concise too. Makes me believe that the education I had in Nursing school in Nigeria was up to date and Can be rated among the best in the world.
Helped clarify my understanding and simplified concepts without affecting quality of content.
I really like the way the professor make things simple to understand with real-life example, thank you , I finally understood this disease !
Good for concise explanation! I hope further deep content ! Overall content with it
Studying Biochemistry lectures helps me to understand and hold in memory every each case,,, so this is the best ever
IT is a great set of classes and very useful. Thank you
I love she helps you understand how everything works and relates
The issues are almost complete and notes are abvious and are basic and pretty fluent lectures
Very thorough but at the same time very concise. I love how the instructor simplified the concepts and condensed the topic into a digestible and comprehensible format. For sure, a learning that will always be remembered.
Everything was explained so well. Great base for further reading.
Really clear explanation with real life example, thank you so much. I had trouble to learn the cycle of this parasite but thank to this professor I get it now and only after one lecture. Even for the prevalence in the world, it's easy for me to remember it now thanks to this lecture.
Clear explanation, most of the time very detailed and easy to understand
Great instructor! She explains everything well and she is very knowledgeable
Dr Canby's fluent presentation is the first reason, also the simple connections between the anatomy and clinical correlation are very important to me.
Great skills and excellent work I really appreciate for the developer of these helpful application, really enhanced my educational experience and career in nursing and in medical pharmaceutical industry....
She breaks it down and I absolutely love it. I got 100% on my last pathopharm quiz bc of this video. I use it as a supplement to my textbook and PowerPoint. Can’t wait for them to add more nursing courses. Will definitely be get a subscription once it’s all available.
If you've already covered at school and just need to review, or new altogether. It's very helpful. I like the mini quizzes at the the end of each video. I can definitely say that this video series is one of the best. I like the instructor doing the video as well.
It’s not a bad lecture but it’s bulky stuff that isn’t simplified to hold ones attention, don’t get me wrong, it has its highlights but it could be more interesting.
Excellent review, profesional presentation I like it very much I recommend Lecturio Thank you
Thank you for these awesome lectures. Everything is very clear!
sir , the way you talk about microbes ,inspire me to learn more.
I am enjoying this course thoroughly. Audio on this course is a little difficult to hear sometimes, probably due to mic placement or improper equalisation, but it's not too bad. Would be nicer if it was clearer.
It's explained in a very understandable way and slow for non native speackers
Really clear explanation, and really easy to understand! I’m lovin’ it
Great work! A methodical walk through of a subject that can be confusing.
I like Lecturio very much because the videos are simple, short, and hit the high notes. I got a A (first and only one to score a A) on my first exam in microbiology where the majority of the students got 60% and under.
Lectures are simplified and organised which best suit my style of learning. Delivery of topics are effective for my learning
I really love how he mainly focuses on the important details needed.its amazing I love you guys.
Clearly explain new and important information. Distinctive style. A great summary of the topic
very nice and descriptive information regarding the tumor immunology, it has helped a lot
The best nursing instructor Lecturio has to offer! I admire Rhonda Lawes as a nurse educator and respect her so much! She really knows how to simplify and makes things stick in your mind. I hope she teaches all nursing classes in the near future. She's an excellent instructor and has helped me so at this very in passing nursing school. I learn so much for her. Thanks you Rhonda Lawes for being awesome! Keep teaching because I can tell very passionate about what you teach. Thank for being amazing!!
The lectures are concise, straight to the point, and yes, fun. The quizzes also make it easier to focus, as well as help memorise important material. As with other lectures, it would be nice if USMLE style questions were embedded in the lectures for better integration of the topics covered.
Very understandable and practical! Dr. Delves is able to convey all the important info easily enough.
Prof Peter Delves has made the subject of Immunology so easy and interesting..lot of respect and thanks to such a great teacher
It is so good, great explanation. Let me tell you the truth that I like it . Lecturio is my help to pass my USMLE .
All the explanation are precise to the point...and covers all the important concepts
I am now understanding and loving pharmacology. Best Study, Learning and Preparation resource for nursing and medical students.
All of her explainations are clear, concise and well rounded .
Thank you. Good lecture with good content. Quite helpful for some basic information regarding this subject.
This lecture really helped me a lot, it’s so well explained and dynamic that makes it easier to understand. Thank you doctor.
The professor is excellent. I like how he explains things. Some of the professors move their arms around a lot which can be distracting or spend the whole time looking down at the computer. With others it feels like all the do is read from the slides. However the biochem lectures are very well done and by far my favourites so far.
The lecturer touched on all of the most important points with clarity and conciseness.
He is energetic and I like that very much about him.
It would be nice to have an extra chapter o add a lab identification for bacterias. Like techniques to identify them. Oxidase positive o catalase negative like so. Also is very useful in enterobactereceaa microorganisms to add the biochemistry scale o battery examples like TSI LIA MIO Citrate Urea. I’m from Chile and i am in formation to become a laboratory Medical technologist
I LOVE THIS PROFESSOR! I WISH SHE WAS TEACHING ME ALL THROUGHOUT NURSING SCHOOL....SHE REALLY HAS A GIFT TO TEACH. BEST INSTRUCTOR FOR GIVING TIPS AND TEACHING YOU HOW TO CRITICALLY THINK. I HOPE SHE CONTINUES TO TEACH US NEW THINGS ONLINE!
The lecturer made the key points very easy to remember!
absolutely wasting of time for whom needs to study for step 1
sorry about the bad rating but honestly it is not helpful for step 1 exam and the first aid book especially Dr.Vincent Racaniello, with all respect he has a lot of effort to let the student understand but not for step 1 exam, it is waste of time. hopefully you guys will fix this issue
Excellent ! All the lectures of Dr. Sean Elliot are amazing ! A+++
The best professor ever! I really enjoy listening and watching all her lectures.
I love the lectures so much. I like trip on steroids I never have consumed lol. However. I think it would be great if they had the ten second mark or arrow so that it would rewind or fast forward the lecture. It’d Save time just like you tube videos and stuff. Thank you kindly
The best instructor ever! Rhonda Lawes has really made me learn how to critically think. I wish she was my nursing professor throughout nursing school. She's just amazing and was destined to teach nursing
Humoral immunity and cell-mediated imminity. Pr Peter Delves. Clear, concise, understandable.
It a good preview of what SLE is as a sistemic disease
Really clear, really good explanations. Thank you professor. Have a good day.
Very well explained lectures! I finally beginn to understand immunology instead of just learning it by heart. Thank you very much!
The topics get into my mind in the first go
the lecturer's voice is calm while explaining, but still manages to show enthusiasm, which is good, however i disliked the lecture about the types of PRR as I didn't know what exactly to take from it and it was just a memorization of random 3 lettered words.
Because the explanations are very clear and has a very good way of explaining things.
I enjoy Dr. Alverson’s teaching style. Easy to comprehend. I have watched it several times through NP school. I am trying to find the “hand method of remembering the cyanotic heart defects, but can’t fine the video again. One of my favorite professors here. Thank you!!
Thank you for your knowledge and for spreading it in this way for us, the students.
Love the entire lectures by Professor Peter Delves. Explain the concept in such a simple way. So easy to follow. Clearly explain the things that usually confuse the students. And the ppt slides are fantastic summary.
Great lecture. Very interesting way to present the concept. Thank you, Professor Delves!
Professor Delves gave these lectures in such a logic and clear way. Very easy to follow and understand the talk. Great lectures!
Great but insufficient. The second part has no subtitles for foreign speakers
Surprisingly interesting and short course. Ms. Cornwall is fun to learn from.
The lecturer makes the topic interesting, easy to understand. One begins to appreciate how these things link with everyday human existence and how they play a pivotal role.
She is very good instructor made every things like a fun
Made me sleepy, she was just reading a slides. There was not interaction between audience/ students and instructor.
Way better than the 3 hour lecture at our school. Thank you.
Short and interesting course. Binged it in one sitting. Ms. Cornwall is a pleasant lecturer.
Dr. Canby starts from the very very basics and builds it up to the level you need to know as a general practitioner. He also adds the clinical relevance to the parts which makes it very interesting!
A calm and organized lecture made in a way that is easy to recollect with the start and end saying what we are going to learn and what we have learned.
Saved me in resession. I recommended it to a lot of Friends. All are very blessed with this lectures. My brother already bought it, after i recommended and i will buy it for next Semester
its good and thorough, also covers minor lipid types! good to learn
Faltan aspectos microbiologicos como factores de virulencia y patogenia, pruebas de laboratorio, y enfermedades que produce.
The professor's way of teaching precisely saying his clear and neat approach to the lectures is what makes them great.
I love her lectures ! Relevant for the USMLE and fun ! Recommended !
Concise, easy to understand and relevant for the USMLE Step 1. Very good ! A+++
Concise and relevant for the USMLE Step 1! Easy to understand !
Yes Informative, but to short at times and not many anatomical details in my opinion To improve: More visuals from cranial fossa And more details about the anatomy But I enjoyed the clinical info.
Explains it completely from the start to the end , everything is clear and simple . The structure is very easy to understand.
Thank you, this is helping me so much. I love these videos.
This is a constant struggle with a critical or elderly patient Very thorough review.
The Lecturer is fabulous - so easy to understand (I am a little hard of hearing) The content leaves nothing to have to search for. I am really enjoying this.
Dull lecture that is presented badly with no useful insights. As another reviewer pointed out, it isn't worth watching Craig's content, you are better off going to Youtube for better content.
I like very much because it is audible and interactive the course is well presented with examples
I think that you are lacking a lot of information. Only the basics are seen. But the complex issues are not mentioned or not described at all. If I compare these anatomical videos with other subjects, I have to admit that the quality is way worse than average.
The Pro. ist amazing and has a very clear way to introduce concepts The informations lack any medical relevance, they are directed more towards biological knowledge Please, try to be more oriented towards medicine, Sings and symptoms are needed
NP student. My school lacks decent lectures. Love this program.
Not sure what the other reviewers mean by a one star review. This is a very straightforward lecture and easy to understand. The math makes intuitive sense if you sit and think about it for a second. I don't see how this was rated 1 star.
Not a great virus review course for Usmle step one students
I love the lectures. The only question I ask is that at the end of the reading lectures the questions of them I don’t know what the answers are. Is there a link for them? Is there more questions of each topic?
I've chosen to give these points because Prof. Peter Delves explains in a concise and simple way, so has a student I can understand in detail all panorama. So that is the reason why I've chosen Lecturio. And loved the way Prof. Peter Delves explains. Best Regards, David Wentacem
Another great lecture. Review. Concise. Very easy to grasp. Thank you!
Great information. Love her teaching style. Perfect. Thank you so much!
Love it! Makes memorizing easy. Fun instructor! Very knowledgeable. Great. Great lecturer
It`s almost nothing in this lecture. We need some raports and traiects of the nerves.
I found this app effective and effortless and fun to use
I am a student at Downey High and I really want to be a cardiothoracic surgeon, and I didn't know what to learn but I know this website will help me.
No explica la anatomia de este nervio, solo estan consideraciones clinicas
Rhonda makes Pharmacology easy to comprehend. Her explanations are clear and funny.
Well organised. Interesting. Coherent. As a result, it becomes very easy to absorb the information without getting confused.
Very clear explanation. Relating the topic to her own experience is a bonus. She instills empathy in her lecture
Honestly, I really start to regret purchasing Lecturio. It feels like most of the professors don't know what they are talking about and are just reading q text that's in front of them. I went to youtube and searched for cerebellum and found free videos that are way better than this..
well most know that shigella destroys gis mucosa...but the pathophysiology is now clear...thanx lecturio
The doctor reads from the slides. Not good at explaining difficult concept.
It is very audible, good sound system, analysed with pictures and really more defined
just basic to litle details course.easy to understand it.
I don't understand anything in this lecture. The math might be a way for memorizing the pathway but does not help me to understand how the pathway really works.
I think it is an entertaining way to learn the history of Biochemistry.
This set of lectures on Staph were very generalized and did not cover the other Staph bacteria commonly seen on STEP 1 (i.e. saprophyticus and epidermidis). This seems to be a common theme of not going deep enough to cover material necessary for STEP, yet advertising that you all cover enough material for STEP 1.
5 star for Rhonda Lawes lecture on pharmacology, very informative, very clear in her lecture, lets me know when to pause the video to read, very pleasing to learn from.
Not too explanative.. Your articles are more informative thaymn your videos
thanks a lot Doc... for these videos , really helpful and cleared all my doubts
Content of the lectures were useful especially when breaking down the components of each nerve. However, much of the lectures consisted of reading from slides which is entirely pointless as i can do that myself. It would also have been handy to include clinical testing techniques for each nerve as these will be important tests for us as doctors
Breakdown and delivery of the information was much better than many other lectures in this part of the curriculum. However, the lecturer seemed confused and delivered information in a confusing way towards the end. I also noticed that one of the tables in the slides changes suddenly to read something different and this confuses things further. Overall a lecture capable of delivering useful information in a concise way.
The material taught seemed to comprise of only 10% of what we need to know for USMLE. Various bacteria ranging from gram positive cocci all the way to mycobacteria were all missing. And even with the bacteria taught ( streptococci, staphyloccci , vibrio , e.coli , shigella, salmonella) lacked a tremendous amount of depth. Very disappointing that I paid for this. Hoping virology lectures will be better.
I love this guy. The way he explains makes Biochem look easier
Nucleus must be introduced and explain the complete course of the nerve .
thank you so mush it was helpful thank you so mush it was helpful
YOUR AMAZING AT LECTURING!! YOU MAKE LEARNING FUN :) THANK YOU.
I have decided not to go to uni, but am still learning like a champ with Lecturio. Getting amazing value and amazing quality lectures. My professor got back to me the next day answering my question which was brilliant!
very good pacing, clear, and well structured course. Thank you !
The lecturer made the laminae look simple and memorable and definitely gotta be watched by peers since it gives a simple breaking down of presentation that makes it more easier to store it up.
he brings immunology to life in a very clear way with regulated pace that facilitates understanding
The lecturer is great! My concepts seem to be a lot clearer. However, the answers to the quiz questions need to be displayed somewhere, as i found them quite tough.
He is clear, short, and simplify the most important points
Great break down of each of the different cardiac conditions and how to differentiate between them!
All explained in a very comprehensive way, with good and practical examples.
the information was presented really well I found the information to be presented very well I wish the lecture had more detail but it was really good lecture.
Solo falta que también sea en español :`) para que la dinámica sirva para los países de habla hispana
I like how he explained about the lecture. He explained it very well and because of that I learned
he is very clear and is a nice teacher, and he use a appropiated nivel of technicims
nothing could be better, I liked your way and simplicity with fully clear explanations.
As Usual superb , immunology is a tough subject, but you made it easy.
clear helpful illustrations. although history took much time, but I liked the way you went through it, your slides also were simple, not crowded and well organized.
it's very clear course with direct points and simple explanations. Also the notes and slides are well done.
It tells the information is not really close to the USMLE questions.
When you touched on leukocyte migration, you began at the stage of "adhesion" when many medical students should include the first two steps before this. It should include Margination, where leukocytes follow lamina flow while being pushed by erythrocytes onto the barriers of the endothelial cells, then rolling, where selectin proteins are adhesion molecules which weakly attach onto these leukocytes causing them to "roll" .... and then do i believe you should be able to talk about the adhesion and transmigration parts. If you could add this in, it would be quite useful. especially because many students are trusting these lecture to have the utmost information. Thank you very much. When you spoke on the topic itself though, it was quite organised and detailed.
The lecture was amazing, it had all the important details that my textbook had, but at the same time it was very punctual and didactic. I was able to visualize all the things that I read with good examples.
Simple and easy to understand, he really likes the subject. I wish the videos were longer with more information. Maybe an advance lecture? Thank you!
I really liked this site ,and it's seems helpful for me . I am a high school student. I am in the 10th grade right now. I just want to become a surgeon doctor because I want to save peoples lives. I know that I have to right a commit to this site and I do not have to introduce myself for you people. I do not need to study this because I did not understand today's subject.I just want to be ready for the medical school. I hope this website will help me being ready and ,Good Luck.
great, simple straight forward. Liked the examples and the questions asked.
Mr Racaniello explained viral genetics very well in this course, however clinical diseases (measles, mumps, hepatitis viruses, etc) were not mentioned. Most importantly, HIV was not discussed.
Mr Racaniello presents all of the material very well and I believe that he is an excellent lecturer. However, there are many important types of bacteria missing from this course. Pseudomonas, Treponema Pallidum, zoonoses, Clostridium, Tetanus, Helicobacter Pylori, Neisseria, Bordetella, etc. USMLEs step 1 go into great detail regarding many of these bacteria that were omitted from this course.
Dr. Deonandan is great! I found my epidemiology lectures really difficult to focus upon, but he makes it interesting. I thought his summaries were great, as well as his simple and straightforward explanations -- with examples!
I have a basis of immunology from undergraduate but most was memorised but after watching just a few videos he has managed to form links in my knowledge. I am truly satisfied with such a clear explanation. Thank you.
Was very clear and Know I understand complete this sophisticated topics
first time I watched this, I didnt understand anything, now when I am watching it the second time I understood a bit, explanation is good, just takes time to digest!
Like it?.. no i love it. he is by far of all, quite knowledgeable and his delivery is near perfect.
as always, makes the lecture more interesting and simple for a course such as epidemiology
Question section does really capture the essentials of what was taught
So many sub topics are missing. Please add new lectures to cover those topics. Bacteriology portion is incomplete
extremely helpful when the amino acids are divided in functional relevance.
beautifully presented, key facts highlighted in a logical flow making it easy to remember
yes, very good! Very rethorical and good lecture. I love lecturio
simplified and easily explained; easy to understand. thank you very much
concise. organized. comprehensive. enunciates well. paced. lecture well coordinated withnslides
Excellent lecture with very clear points that are made and in excellent chronological order. A fantastic way to get a brief overview and a great way to engrain the topics touched upon in the article.
I enjoyed many other lecture series here on Lecturio, but thus far, immunology is my favourite and this is purely due to Dr. Delves. Following Immunology studies in medical school, I greatly tested it, but after listening to only a few of his lectures, I've not only learned to love immunology, but I'm excited to dive into it further. Thank you.
This is a really great course. I like the clear explanations of concepts and the flow and logic of the presented material.
great lecture by Dr Delves , would be great if there was some clinical correlation
Nice one, well described, nice talker, I enjoyed a lot. Keep it up!
This is nice a clear and well paced lecture. It's easy to understand. Thanks.
Easy to understand. Shows the most importants points and has one of the most important facts to epidemiology.
Nice explanation, good pace. Excelent for non English Speakers, like me (Brazil). Thnaks a lot.
Very clear lectures that flow seamlessly with easy to remember high yield points. Very easy to follow.
I think you could have gone in a little more in depth into the structure of photoreceptors. There were also a few other cells, such as the horizontal cells which backpack onto parts of the visual pathway-this knowledge is essential to understanding concepts of contrast. overall i do think it was a good lecture, but a little more depth into the vitreous humour and the aquous humour would have also helped
Beyond dull! The key to good learning materials is that they can take something and make it interesting, this video (and all the others I've seen so far, takes something fascinating and makes it dull.
Clear and concise information presented in a systemic manner. Good balance between clinical and scientific knowledge.
Contains all the necessary introductory information about Immune System and Organs
Engaging. Good clinical correlation from his own experience in practice. Good explanation of physiology and tie in with pathology.
Me encanta, todo bien conciso, de manera muy explicada y digerible de combrender
good lecture, helped to refresh my knowledge.thank you very much
Revision and revision : great efforts ! You just keep on connecting and repeating things that makes everything comprehensible !
Very thorough summary review and topic detailed discussion without going off topic.
My last block contained a lot of immunology, and I did very poorly on the exam. I had an incredibly difficult time teasing out the most important information and organizing the immune response in a logical fashion. All the terms seemed jumbled in my head. This block is infectious disease, and requires building on the foundation of immunology--so I need to rebuild my foudation :p After watched just 3-4 of the Lecturio videos, I immensely regret not using it earlier. Thank you Dr. Delves, for being clear and logical it what is a very difficult and complex subject!
- Comments: please give examples for PRR & PAMPs and would have been useful if explained role of MHCI & II and CD4, Antigen/antibody in more detail. Thanks
:) Thank you . everything in this lecture is clear. like it very much.
Dr. Delves makes the material very clear and easy to understand even to students who had no background in immunology.
good summary and clear presentation with those details are often missed in other review lectures. Good job.
The organisation of the layers of the meninges and outer regions of the cranium were well put together, but the diagram regarding in the infoldings (falx cerebrum...etc) was poor. I could find way better diagrams with a simple search onto google
Excellent overview. Dr. Canby is one of my favorite lecturers for his clarity and straight-to-the-point lectures.
not detailed and for a introductory vedio should be more explanatory
Thank you. Much grateful for your efforts to help us struggling medical students develop a strong foundation in the subject :)
very nice and efficient lectures, you have to write some notes to your book from this lectures!
This is only the first lecture and the first time I am delving into biochemistry for the first time, so hard to say, but something about Prof. Ahern's manner makes me curious and creates a fine feeling of anticipation. Great for a first lecture.
love it. it is a worthwhile and useful course. i reccomend it to highschool students
it was described in a simple and easy way to understand, thank you.
I think that this course is a incredible tool for medical students. I belive that it's important the Microbiology for doctors and it's great that we have access at it's information
This video did not really show Aspartic Acid or Glutamic Acid?
good but................. i think that in lectures, it require more time and explaination And for detail information given in articles ----- very very good
This course made immunology so much clearer for me. So many questions I've had that would've taken me days to research have been sorted by going through the whole course. Thank you very much for making this!
I'm studying for the CBIC test for Infection Control. I found it helpful in simplifying ideas. I understand the concepts much better now.
He very easily simplifies things. So this is why I give him a five star review
Amazing, loved it very much. Easy to follow and clear.
The easiest to comprehend informative explanation I have come across so far.
The course is concise, to the point, good source for a fast review. But more details do not hurt too
As for the lectures that i ve watched on lecturio, this is below standard, however, with those that i have watched so far pharmacology and pathology are 100% just listening to the their lectures is enough, but here anatomy is 20%. One will reaaly have to rely on class lectures , notes, power points etc. Really, poor.
I would love to give a higher rating but many important pathogens are not covered
very concise, despite it is a difficult subject, the content is well explained. easy to understand
So, during my first two years, I thought this course was a little on the light side, and it feels a bit as if the instructor is more stating facts rather than explaining and linking ideas. I know they tend to keep the videos short, but I think this course could have benefitted from more time, from a learning the material stand point. As a video series for learning, you might be left wanting with just over an hour per subject. As a learning source, 3 out of 5. So, now on to why you should really give this guy a watch. I was looking for a quick microbiology review during my dedicated study. I had watched sketchy, and read the textbooks, but wanted a quick, solid review series to watch during lunch and dinner during my dedicated, something a little bit more to the point than sketchy. This lecture series is the holy grail of high yield review that is exactly what any student looking for a great microbiology source to watch during their dedicated study. It is short, to the point, and highlights what you need to get most of those micro questions right on UWORLD and has the images in the slides that you need to be able to recognize. High yield review source, 5 out of 5. So, overall, I would give this series a 4 out of 5. If your a first or second year, this might not be the best choice for microbiology, however as a high yield review I would rank these microbiology videos second to none.
Explained clearly and in a simple way. I understand it better now.
BUT THEY NEED TO FIX THE SUBTITLES! THEY ARE NOT IN CONCERT AT ALL WITH WHAT HE IS SAYING.
Awesome lecture, awesome proffesor. My teacher spent almost 1 hour explaining that. Thank you Dr. Ahern
If you want a quick review of the cortex and it's irrigation this is a perfect lecture. If you need detailed information you should review this topics in a book.
5/5 because of the simplified explanation of the human microbiome. I like the approach used because it sets the stage for acquiring important high yield information later into the subject.
as a beginer i didnt couldn't understand anything the lecturer is talking about and the lecturer is way too fast
Very well organized material, will definitely follow up on this lecture!
My name is Barbara, I'm from Colombia and I really like your videos Mr. Kevin, because I think the content is easy to understand.
It was a concise and effective teaching style. i really gained a lot in such a short time. Thank you very much.
Dr. Delves is very clear in his explanations of the immune system and is able to distill the complex nature of the immune system into a digestible series of lectures for students just beginning their understanding of the immune system.
Need to go into much more details ! Way too generalustic, where are the roots, ganglions, names of branches???
Gracias a su clase pude comprender mejor lo que leí en mi libro de textos, ademas me ayudo a complementar mis conocimientos adquiridos en clases.
good way to express ideas, easy to follow, good english, that´s not my native language but i understood everything he said :)
Good job! Craig. You give important points in the review of the topics, you make it easy to understand. Regards from Mexico.
This lecturer is very easy to follow and explained everything very well.
Great lecturer. Keeps the lecture interesting and easy to remember. Wish I had him as my professor.
Very well explained and detailed lecture, but it would be nice for better understanding to have some names and terms (e.g. Ramachandran plot) displayed in the video!
I'm a cuban trained medical doctor. In my medical training we used printed materials i.e atlas to learn anatomy. What is fascinating to me is the clarity of the images and explanation that the student is getting. And the intermittent quiz comes at the right time to remind and reinforce the information. I would recommend the entire course to be shared with the teaching medical institutions all over the world.
explained well - its good for quick review I found it very helpful
I liked the course. informative, easy to follow, to understand and to memorize, However, I have noticed that many topics/ microbes have not been addressed (TB, N.Gonorrhea, T. Pallidum, Leprosy, Mycoplasma, clostridium ....... ). Although those might be touched in other topics such infectious diseases, but they should be highlighted in a microbiology course. Would recommend the entire Lecturio to my daughter who just started her first year of medical school. Microbiology is supposed to be studied during her 2nd year though
explicita y concreta. me dio lo que necesitaba. los graficos estan geniales
way too fast ????I really wish the teacher would talk slower as now I keep having to pause and rewind etc.
Amazing professor. Explains the concept thoroughly and makes immuno so much easier to understand!
Great course! Check the MCAT: Microbiology Course for the pre-cursors of these USMLE Step 1 lectures (overview of gram staining, cell wall structure, etc).
This has been really helpful towards my understanding of immunological concepts. I have learned more in a week with Dr. Delves' lectures than with my immunology professor at my university.
Very excellent professor! I learned so much more through Dr. Delves' lectures than my current immunology professor has tried to teach me in two semesters. Really wish I had more professors like this at my university.
nice concise summary of lecture and topic. I enjoyed it very much and it kept me attentive!.
I am studying a pre med and this was brilliant thank you
Direct , and easy to follow. The length of the video also helps.
Great lectures. Concepts very clearly explained. Actually gives me an understanding of immunology, which most of the lecturers at my uni have failed to do
that was a simple and accurate description i liked it very much
Very good explained and very comprehensible for students, I'm actualy studying pathology and this kind of resources is exactly what I was looking for
falta detallar el origen aparente, el origen real, mas detalles de los nucleos donde se encuentra
Awesome lecture and perfect explanations. It helped me a lot! Thanks
The lecturer is mostly reading the slides. The qbank could also be implemented with explanations about the alternatives.
Succinct and understandable. A great supplemental video course to go along with readings and school lectures. Fills in the small gaps that can be overlooked by professors, but make a huge difference in my understanding of the immune system.
Great professor but unfortunately the details of this lecture are not important for USMLE Step 1
This course was informative and professional. I look forward to learning more!
Very calming, understandable, and professor knows what information is right to share
I would recommend this lecture to the osteopathic students snd colleagues
Excellent synthesis about cranial nerves and the most important clinical correlations
Easy to understand and the explanation are very clear. Thank you very much good job!
too short vert underutilized lacks content..how to see longer videos
The content was concise and complete. Helpful to those coming on board to stimulate interest in statistics
Great lecture, this Doctor is so passionate about epidemiology that makes you want to stay focus on it!
Explained is a simpified way for easy understanding Word Word Word Word
Great review of the 12 cranial nerves. Presented the material in a much more organized fashion than any of my medical school lectures did.
Dr Rayawat has really firm grip on this subject. He is very confident, competent and professional. His way of teaching is aso excellent. He deserves lot of appreciations.
Very nice and clear explanations. Dr. Canby takes a very complicated topic and makes it easy to understand and remember. Thank you!
A brief but v helpful quiz in re-freshing the concepts...it helps in our routine practices as well...
This broke down very difficult concepts regarding the ANS and the parasympathetic and sympathetic that I have been struggling to learn for MONTHS! I used my whiteboard to diagram as the lecturer taught and it finally stuck.
The lecturers are well illustration and presented. General speaking the presentations are perfect
Simple and objective. lliked the ritm and the basic aspect
Needs more details, and take it slower so that we the audience can get a more thorough understanding of the topic (the video really doesnt need to be that short)
I found it really helpful. Your explanations were clear and easy to understand.
Its an excelent course, easy to understad. He explains very good. The comparative tables are excellent
Thank you for the video's theses are really helpful. look forward to keep learning.
Assalam-o-Alikum! Sir your lectures are very informative and its my humble request kindly give us access to download these lectures because lots of time taken by lecture due to internet problem plz try to understand and give us access of downloading
very nice clear and organized lecture. thank you. it adds alot to my simple knowledge
thanks for teaching me in such a clear, precise, and yet enriching way
These are great lectures. I like all lectures from Dr.Canby and I recommend them to every medical student who wants to learn anatomy.
I haven't completed this section yet; but the subtopics I have gone through thus far, are very well explained. Dr. Pickering's presentation makes one understand the material with much ease. Great job!
excellent lecture. Cristal clear; not too slow not too fast, smooth transitions and a bright ending
Great attitude and non-verbal languages. You make those vitamins more easier to understand. I appreciate it. Thank you and keep going.
great presentation, it covers the basic stuff about Ventricular system.
A very good lecturer of Microbiology. Thank you and I am looking forward in learning more.
It was very precise and up to the point. The presentation was interesting that triggers to study better .
i feel that u r teaching better than other professors we as a student understanding better micro as step by step
very good lecture. pretty well organized and instructive. He has a deep knowledge of the material making me to pay special attention to all his lectures.
I think this is a very good review for those who studied anatomy long ago like me. The Professor clearly explained. Thank you Professor! :)
Very nice and informative lecture, easy to understand and remember
I have followed Dr Ahern through all the basics of biochem lectures and he has never failed to deliver.
Great job, Dr. Ahern. Thank you for bettering my understanding of these concepts! Used as a supplement to lectures and powerpoints, your videos on Lecturio have been extremely helpful to me!
Very good lecture, l consider that is one of the most complete themes that l´ve read ...good job.
Excellent. This best way to get this in memory. I love his approach to the delivery of the lecture
These lectures were not very engaging - rather monotonous way of talking and a mixture of qualities of diagrams. In the lectures about the effects of lesions, the anatomy was shown in a very simple language, but then complex pathology terms were left unexplained (a few were explained, but the majority were not).
Hello, I usually don't rate lectures, but I had to do it here. The reason of that is that I found the certain video unable to make me understand the structures of the inner ear. Please be more specific and use better images, for example about what otoconia are and their use, the cupule etc. Despite of that I like dr. Candy. Thank you.
This material was delivered brilliantly by the course lecturer. I have really enjoyed the nutrition lectures by Dr Cornwell and look forward to future lectures by this lady.
I liked how strep was broken down between group A and group B but the video didn't mention the different types of strep in each group ie s. pyogenes. The quiz asked about catalases but didn't mention it in the video.
These lectures are the most intresting Ive seen on immunology topics, delivered clearly, no mnemonics, pictures help significantly, seemed more exciting than any fiction. I would advise it to all who are preparing for the medical exams. I am just so grateful for finding this site.
things made quite easy with interactive lectures and slides and tables
accurate selection of high-yield information and clinical correlations . Totally loved it.
Even though i don't use english as my main language i understood almost everything and i haven't really studied it well. I really liked it!
I would like to know complement and chronic inflammatory in more details.
Diana Shenefield is terrific. She engages the viewer with her enthusiasm, her passion for the subject matter and her knowledge of the topic. While I'm a physician and not a nurse, patient care topics are vitally important for all healthcare practitioners. Diana's lectures are appropriate for any audience relating to patient care.
Professor Peter J Delves, thanks for such a great dedication and love for immunology and helping medical estudents like me.
the lecture was thorough and used little time to explain and it was very understandable.
Lecture series was clear and concise. Well rounded introduction to Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
the course is clear and simple I be able to understand basic anatomy that of course suitable for me and I'll recommend it to my colleagues indeed.
Thank you very very much! Helped me a lot in immunology
Very good! Helped me alot in understanding immunology! Thanks for the clarity and detail in explaining this complex system!
Great explenation and schematization of the pathways int the imunne system. Thank you so much for teaching such an hard subjet with clarity.
For many years, I have read lots of textbooks and lots of lecture slides to learn immunology but it was always confusing and none of them knows how to begin immunology. The immune system is a kind of spider web which has no begin and no end. On the other hand, Dr Delves is a very smart academician who found a way how to chance a spider web into a linear and understandable structure. If you need to learn immunology, don't waste your time beginning with memorizing every immune cell, every receptor. Instead, just leave yourself into the arms of Lecturio by Prof Peter Delves, Lecturio definitely takes you to your goals for sure if your goal related to immunology.
We need a cloned one or twin of Prof Delves for Istanbul Technical University. I began to learn immunology with this lesson and just with 8 days of his video lessons I succeed to pass molecular immunology that's the lesson I hadn't passed for many years. I am grateful for you Dr Delves. The chaotic structure of immunology gets easy by your lessons. Not only your lessons made me be graduated from my undergraduate education but also you changed my mind about immunology. I like it very much after your lessons and the beginning of the journey was this lesson.
Very clear and well explained. Mr. Delves' enthusiasm makes it all better. Thank you!
Great lectures from a great teacher for building a good foundation of knowledge.
Its a great course given by a very experienced teacher, in my opinion, sometimes the questions could be directed to higher yield contents within the lecture, but great overall, thanks.
The lecture is very good for introduction about immune system I like this guy he explain very well and it's easy to understand
A good lecture I feel could have been better. What are the 10 Roman numerals in the first figure attributed to? That question is left in my mind.
The Brodman áreas should be added. Great lecture besides that.
really awesome lectures, more updated version, very well explained thank you Dr.D
By my opinion, very interesting and informative lectures. Thank you very much!
its nice liked it very much very nicely explained then others
I enjoyed the lecturer's energy, the overall organization of the video topics, and length of each video.
Its a little bit dificult to understand but the information its complete and tables and graphics helps a lot
No additional understanding just passive reading. Also, slides are just being changed after reading.
Liked the content and the teacher makes it so easy and understandable, also the app is great, thank you guys.
Conveyed the process in a short &digestable way.I LIKED THE WAY OF presentation too.
He sounds so bored, which makes it hard to keep focused. Also some of the slides aren't readable
TOPICS ARE GOOD BUT DR IS VERY SLOW .....HE IS NOT ADDING NE EXTRA POINT BY HIMSELF ..JUST NARRATING THE SLIDES.......EVEN I CAN DO DAT......HE IS NOT AT ALL MAKING IT INTRESTING....FEELING SLEEPY ALL D TIME LISTNING HIS LECTURES....PLZ CONSIDER
Very detailed and easy to understand thank you for your efforts
It’s very easy to understand, I’ve always struggled with immune system, but the lectures helped me a lot
his teaching is clear and it is not allowing me to get even a single doubt
I really liked this course. The content is very interesting and I especially liked the analogies made between real human battles and the immune system and its soldiers. However, I resorted to these online lectures because I felt I was lacking a bit of guidance on this topic. Books are good but they do not follow a specific order and from my point of view, it makes it easier to understand if things are organized the way they happen inside the body upon an antigen encounter - which I still couldn't fully find here. I'm still a bit confused with how things are triggered and what happens before what, etc... But overall the explanations are amazing, and the graphic content is awesome.
i could understand the concepts better. explanation was good.the charts were self explanatory. it made me feel bio chem much more interesting.
I'm a foreign medial MD internal medicine specialist and I came to us I just felt lost but when I find this tools my life just changed! I already suggest This to other physicians here in USA. I hope I can pass all the usmle steps I will let you know guys!
short and sweet concepts. nice tables. easy to understand. thank you.
I like the way you link things from one to another. Yuu made these lectures highly appreciated with the concise and comprehensive explanation! Thanks Prof!
It should be a deeper examination of gross anatomy. It is a pretty superficial description. Also, the muscles and bones of head and neck were not discussed in the corresponding lectures
Thank you so much!!! Now I understand the 4 types of hypersensitivities. Th1 and Th2, what those cells really mean...how these contribute to diseases and how immunology looks like in clinical practice. Amazing!
Dr Delves explains concepts in such a concise manner that it is so easy to understand and grasp concepts .
This is (No "one of") THE BEST IMMUNOLOGY course I have ever had!!! Elaborate Explanation and PowerPoint!!! I admire Dr. Delves for linking so many big tangles to become something in order, finally like an intact plot!! Now I understand! It really makes sense!! No words can express my gratitude to you!
Finally, You-are-telling-the-TRUTH!! which I didn't really know this inflammatory fact until today I listened to your course! You got me, you saved me! It makes sense! That's why anyone should watch this Immunological Pathology video before the coming Patho course. It's really worth it!!
I like it because it is really going to be perfect for my learning and I liked everything from it! It was really great taught by the Educator.
Very clear explanation and great presentation. Very easy to follow.
It is very superficial. He just repeats whatever appeared on the slides. Additionally, the Doctor makes the lecture very boring.
Awesome personality and attitude. His enthusiasm is gripping and keeps me interested!
I can finally feel confident about immunology, which until now seemed too complex. Thank you very much!
This guy is fantastic lecturer and the best on this platform, knows the subject matter, knows how to capture your attention throughout and also has a way of going over everything in a short summary. However, I would have appreciated if he becomes more test oriented. Thank you.

i like your teaching .sir. it helps me to understand the concepts clearly.
Excellent information and explanation, it's helping me a lot. Congrats, lecturio!
So easily explained :) I actually got this course after seeing how this professor explains Biostat :)
Loved the Profesor on this series. Really calm and explain very well. My only dislike are the quiz questions. The explanations for the answer were all wrong or constantly repeating the same explanation for all the questions. NEEDS to be revised.
Great lecturer very knowledgeable of subject matter at an admirable pace. Needed this in depth type of lecture in med sch. Good job
great lecturer with an incredible pace, highly knowledgeable about subject matter. keep up the good work

immunology can be quite difficult to follow at times but this lecturer made it quite precise and concise

immunology can be quite difficult to follow at times but this lecturer made it quite precise and concise
A very difficult topic which is highly volatile to forget, but lecture does his best to keep us informed
Like it very much. Will like it more if you can add more bacterias and viruses on the course!!!
Es un excelente profesor ya que es muy específico en la antomía, me gusta el sentido en el que va mencionando cada parte del organo y la función que cumple asi como sus patología so anomalias en cuestiones anormales
Very good presentations, accurate and to the point lectures. Love to study with you!!!
The professor makes the subject matter interesting and understandable for the layperson.
Hello! I have not finished all the course so I can not give you a proper feedback. but so far I really liked it and it has been quite useful. Thanks.
Lectures very good. But i wish you had some themes like giardiasis, amebiasis and others.
The best explanations in epidemiology I have ever come across, both in real life and online. Thank you so much for your excellent teaching.
Very high yield info given in logical and presentable way
I understand everything so good, it wasn't difficult to memorize everything this way
Everything is now easier to understand, it has a great way to explain the whole thing
thanks for this short talk about this topic i understand what you say
Again, another lecturer who appears very much in the know regarding their subject area; appropriate level of detail so far and I am enjoying it.
good cns lecture delivered in an understandable way. very helpful
This lecturer is very good; delivers at a great pace and you can tell he is very experienced and knows his stuff. No fluffing or stumbling over his words- goes into good detail.
presentation is pretty slow and he looks like just reading from prompter rather thn really explaning structures
I find that I get used to her style, I wish that all the courses be taught by her
I enjoyed his method of delivery, I understood it all, and I learned.
I really like the explination that its given, it helped me study
i like his voice, explains calmly and thoroughly. helped to understand anatomy in a nice easy way. thanks craig.
These lectures are great! It's good to know also that a lot of topics that are discussed in one lecture are later elaborated on in another lecture too. Usually if I feel like some topic was not covered in depth, it just means that I was discussed further in another video. This is incredibly helpful for Step 1 prep!
High yield facts and clear explanation, the fundamental elements and efficient route to master biochem!
I am new to this curriculum, however, I would like the lectures to be longer. I am hopeful that other lectures are much more detailed, e.g. gene regulation/expression. Lecturer is very knowledgeable, clearly.
I liked very much this course. It's very interesting and The good teachers.
Very nice methoad of teaching, first overview, then step by step teaching Neglect above negative comments???? Just flow with it,try questions too.
After reviewing Neuroanatomy in FA and Kaplan, it is fair to say this lecture has delved deeply in some accurate key points of visual pathways.I really admire the fact that you guys have put on some quizzes in the end but I was surprised to see a red flag that goes unnoticed. In one of the question about the right lower optic radiations from the 5 listed, I saw right after radiation Meyer's loop in parenthesis which is clearly a mistake when it comes to asking questions. In the exam, they won't give any clues to test takers because they will have figure out themselves whether or not it is either Meyer's or Non-Meyers' loop.
Very good slides and explanation in this important and beautiful chapter of immunology
very bad .. they dont have mycobacterium.. dont purchase the subscription .. these people have fooled us. they dont have anything on mycobacterium tuberculosis
I would recommend this course to every med student who would like to learn the most important principles of adaptive immune response, because it is not only objective, but also very didatic and capable of convey to the student exactly what he needs to have a good understanding of the subject.
More voice inflection and emphasis on terms and anatomic function please.
I love how all these complicated defenitions and ininformation is explained in such a pedagogical way. Many thanks!
the explanation is very clear, the scientific names are pronounced very well and the illustrations are standing out.
To be a five-star explanation, Doctor Canby could fulfill the presentation with more images showing the structures described but not present in the pictures he used.
thanks for supporting there is very creative and understanding videos available for Medical studend and any other people who are interested in hunman body..
Simple yet really informative. Good to have this vid here.
Very clear and to the point explanations. It’s like sitting in class.
Unfortunately I found the course confusing and superficial. In my opinion, it would be important that all the structures of the system be shown, while explaining their functions, for example. Sorry for any mistake, but I'm not used to writing in english.
very well explain and illustrate! The information match perfectly the pictures and the speed of the expositor is flawless.
???????????????????????? you guys made my test today easier, i had no struggle at all. It was an oral test, i made it short and sweet thanks to you
Great introduction Perfect presentation but I think it would be better if you put more details in the picture of cells thank you
If you have trouble understanding certain concepts, or need introducing, this course can serve you well. However keep in mind that the course can only serve as an introduction, as it contains very little details. Make sure you adequately read ans study from a textbook on top of this.
Thank you very MUCH. I learned a lot. He presents the lectures in a very understandable way. I appreciate him a lot. I became so excited while listening to his presentation. Thank you, thank you, and thank you. God bless you.
It is easy to follow, and I feel that the pictures are great. Perfect for me to get a good understanding :)
Way too general, you need to go into more details and explain more
average explanation. This course does not go into deep details. Anyone who lacks fundamental knowledge of the ANS will not be able to get everything the prof said. The questions are good but some lack explanations, others which have explanations, are not rich enough. The diagrams could be better. And the feedback feature of questions is removed. I think the answer to one of the questions which is shown as right is wrong and I could not give feedback.
100m sprint race in Brain and nervous system.very much frustrated.
MBBS student cant get benefit from this lecture. The clear concept needed for a future Doctor about Microbiology.
Hits all of the key concepts and more! Far better than the in-class lectures!
The diagrams were helpful and I liked that he speaks calmly.
very good introductory lecture to this topic and the questions are helpful also
there was no explanation other than reading off the slides. neuro is a serious topic that require good explanation but the professor didn't even relate slides or information and treated every slide as a new topic.
I love these videos. They are probably the clearest and organized immune lectures I have ever attended. Thank you so much!
It's really helping me getting the basic understanding. And the tips for surviving medical school is worth to try.
really good overview. helped me a lot to get the concept of the immune system,
Splendid and simplified a rather complex topic which makes understanding its details in depth much easier
he makes it so simple I have understood the whole course within 3 days
he talks very clearly, coherent, easy to follow, i read only the free sections was so nice and clear.
Thank you for the lectures. Very helpful, I really recommend it
Excellent audiovisual explanation of the concepts. Really interesting stuff well understood
Everything is thoroughly explained and easy to follow along at all times
lo elegí porque me ayuda aprender mas a profundidad cuando tengo exámenes o prácticas
The slides and the lector overview we super nice form them only I was able to grasp the content of nutrition. I also liked the metabolic importance of the vitamins and the metabolic processing of alcohol. I really wanna recommend this to my lector of nutrition and those few peers who don't know about lecturio.
very easy to understand - good meaningful explanations - good lecture - nice good teacher - types of study simplified and more meaningful -
simple and attractive lectures, neither complicated nor boring. There are some points to consider: 1-lack of explanation and examples about statistical tests---t-test,ANOVA,Chi-square........,Pearson correlation 2-statistical distribution and standard deviation not found 3-The quiz questions explanations need revision
Lectures are good but not enough information. How about genetic replication, metabolism, ....? MISSING!
Great alternative to Med 1 anatomy course. Enjoy the organization and the clarity of the presentation. The content is digestible.
it was really clear, and precise, i really like the way he explain with the support of the images.
Confusing, difficult to understand (too many synonymous names)- its difficult to comprehend what its meant with orthodromic etc.
The class was clear and precise, I have no problem understanding.
I really enjoyed learning something that I wouldn't have enjoyed otherwise. Thanks a lot for such a great lecturer.
In the next 3 months I will be starting a coding course for 3 or 4 months. I heard that anatomy is one of the important course of that program and i start to do some research to get myself ready before the starting of the program. I am discovering lot of new things that I was not aware about my own body.
Unbearable. Even in 1.25x he speaks way too slowly. Boring tone of voice as well
Great work, easy and to the point No fuss, No Muss
I thoroughly enjoyed all the videos. Also by listening to these lectures, my uni lectures are making sense to me now. Thank you so much Dr Vincent. You have made my life so much easier now.
truly captivating, i have enjoyed every bit of it, i even had to watch it twice. way better than what im learning at my school as medical student. will highly recommend it to anyone who want pursue a career in the medical field
Sometimes the lecturer reads some information without explaining what is meant by it. If you can improve that I would be glad.
The lectures are well organised and gives you a basic understanding of viruses and how different types of viruses replicates in the host cell but it doesn't talk about the individual viruses, pathogenesis and the diseases caused by the individual viruses.
The descriptions where clear and comprehensive even to a non native english speaker like my self.
Great course, clearly structured and presented. The provided script and slides are very helpful!
Doctor Racaniello gives us great explanations about the different topics of bacterial biology. One of the things that I appreciate the most from his lectures, is the appropiate speed and use of clear language which facilitates the understanding for foreign students such as myself.
Information is definitely not sufficient for the exams, yet it is helpful for getting the sense of neuroanatomy.
How I wish I had this when I first started medical school. The explanations were clear and concise. The use of simple words enable me to understand it well as well as the option to pause at anytime allows further internalization of the facts.
if I don't know anything about para/symp nervous system, I wouldn't understand clearly. For example, in symphatetic outflow diagram, I wouldn't understand where the exact location of white or gray ramus in human body on the picture you used.
Ok let's start. The videos are great, the audio is good and the time for each subject is good as well. The teacher Raywat Deonandan is very good at this type of teaching, i never got bored of hearing him and he teaches in a calm and funny way in my opinion. Really hope to see him in another lecture. Very good! 10/10!
I understood SNS input and output quite well prior to watching this video. There are much better figures in textbooks to describe output pathways. I found the figure used a very odd departure from traditional figures and much more confusing.
This anatomy course is highly recommended to all IMGs to brush up their their knowledge for the Step 1 USMLE examination.
A very experienced good teacher with deep knowledge teaching in lovely way . I will be very happy to learn all immunology with Dr Peter .
Amazing stuff but doesnt differ the exotoxins into the four forms of them.
I am current;y taking Immunology and it was like a foreign language until I started watching these videos I am understanding the information!!!
I liked the lecture it gave me a brief idea of the concept
These videos get in the point, summarize what are the important things to know in each topic for the test, and help me not to be saturated with all the information in the book.
I think each lecture is great, but the contents are not enough for USMLE. More precisely, the contents of general principle parts are helpful, but those of detailed exposition parts should be improved to contain more information. For example, You need to provide us for more details about many types of bacteria. The number of kinds of bacteria addressed in this course is small. It's far from enough for USMLE step 1. The same same goes for viruses. The others are favorable.
Great teacher !! I was amazed with your way of teaching.. You made one of the most hard subjects look so easy thank you
Incomplete information. I'm fascinated with the fact-based approach to the biochemistry of the human body. I like learning about the role that nutrition plays in disease prevention and the overall affects on human health. However, this course appears to still support the outdated views on proper nutrition and nutrition-related disease prevention. I feel that physicians do not get sufficient quality education on nutrition and that corporate interests still play too much of a role in both nutrition studies and nutritional recommendations. Today's healthcare system is more of a "disease care" system, and this profit-centered business approach, specifically with Pharmaceuticals, is doing little good, and in fact, doing a disservice to the overall welfare of the American people.
La doctora Cornwall presenta la información de manera concreta y comprensible. Te permite adquirir fundamentos básicos de nutrición, suficientes para tener un buen desempeño en los exámenes.
PPT stands out, many extra materials, some important questions really inspired me
Straight to the point and concise. World class lecturer. Really felt at home with it. Felt like I was studying from a very prestigious institution. I would love to recommend to all my colleagues. Just a small thing to note, it would have helped if we were told what plane the images are. It was mentioned for a few of them but others were not and took a little bit of working out like in the diencephalon lectures but otherwise top tier and nothing required too much effort.
Excellent delivery of the concepts. Excellent teacher who explains material well
This is a very well planned out lecture on some well developed material. The doctor explained it well and even broke some of it down into a pneumonic. Very clever and well done!
Nice and clear explanation Good Voice and clear speaking friendly and open appearance -> clearly someone I love to listen to for hours
First time I get to understand the various confusing genomes. wonderful
very brief and only touches the superficial parts of ssDNA genomes
Very helpful, sir has done a great job. Thanks a lot, I have only begun watching it and I feel that I will be helped a lot.
Very good lectures. The professor speaks very clearly about the subjects.
I chose this rating because the video lectures were clear and of high quality. The questions following the video lectures were also good because they helped me to recall and apply what I had learned. What I liked were the professors who taught the course and how they presented the material. I didn't dislike anything. I would recommend this course to all students who plan on taking immunology. I took an immunology course this semester (fall 2017) at Rush University. However, I didn't have a background in the subject. It would have been nice to prepare myself for immunology as well as hematology using Lecturio's courses during the summer.
Very good lecture! It flows nicely, and really helps you understand the process. It makes learning easy and interesting
Very easy to understand, high yield points and such a great teacher. Congrats ! =D
This is just another awesome series.....Great job Dr. Raywat....You just have a way of making it so simple while keeping it truly interesting....Kudos Lecturio...
Students who have a very good grasp on the topic may not appreciate it, but overall a good brush up on the choroid plexus and CSF.
clear and understandable. covered the main aspects of immunology with simple words and attractive pictures. well done!
perfect course, it was great our techear doesn't explane well the material, now i got it more
The instructor is poorly prepared. Anyone can read off of a slide. Didn't even make an effort to find better pictures of structures that are covered. And by the way: hypothesis and hypophysis are completely different things.
Everything perfect explained. In the beginning I was lost with neuroanatomy but now I have more clearly concepts.
Very good explanation of concepts. Animation could be added for excellent explanation.
He made boring contents interesting not by adding nonsense jokes but by his ways of presentations.
I hadn't understood the topic, but finally I got it . Thank you very much!
I recommend all the lectures to all IMGs out there to brush up your knowledge on your basic subjects.
Epidemiology hasn't been presented in a more simplistic yet detailed manner ever in all my learning and studying years that spans over twenty five years (undergraduate till date)...Thanks DR.RAYWAT & LECTURIO.....
A very concise lecture but too much so. I was really hoping to learn more about mechanisms and detail. For example, there was no detail provided about the mechanisms involved with how vascular permeability increases. There was no explanation for what cells produce bradykinin and how this causes vasodilation. This was not advanced enough for medical school.
Good way of learning, even better when you have a guy like Raywat. Thank you for doing this.
The lecture was very intriguing! Dr. Ahern is so well articulated!
I love his courses! Really interesting and informative! Thank you for this awesome lecture.
This was an excellent explanation of different biases including ones that are not listed in typical USMLE books. Very good supplement to my current study materials!
It was so well presented. The difficult made so simple and clear. Its like a wow factor I must say. Excellent skill.
Clear, concise explanations, quizzes perfectly resume the essence of the lesson.
I really like the detailed lectures and how they break it down so it can be understood easily.
The lecture is very well planned, organized and presented. It is so simple I never thought of. Well done..
Awesome presentation. It is very explicit and concise. Even the books cannot explain it so well.
Absolutely AMAZING lecturer!! I was able to understand all the basics of immunology with just one watch! Great enthusiasm and clear explanation. Thank you Dr Peter Delves.
great lecture. Very easy to understand with examples! very informative
Wonderful teaching. Dr. Peter makes it simple and interesting. Thank you, sir.
I find verything related to the brain and nerves to be very difficult to understand, but Dr. Canby makes it easy to get and this makes the whole learning process far more enjoyable. I don't know if it's just me but when I really like the lessons and the teacher, its much easier for me to pay attention and keep on listening.
Hypersentivity types I choose that rating because the lecture is nice basing on the slides, it is well explained
Again this lecturer has all the important materials to entice students but lacks he ability to make and impact on our brains on important clinical correlations. Overall boring seems to be reading and not prepared and can't hold my attention with same low level emphasis on everything. Is there another lecturer cos I have to watch video a few times to grab what's important especially when I get the answers wrong.
Helped me a lot with my Problem Based Learning Case which is on the immune system. His presentation is organised and fluent
Lecture was clear and straight forward. The diagrams made sense
Honestly, very difficult to follow, lecturer is not in control of subject matter and diagrams were very poor in visibility as well as explaining the content. People that are already well knowledgeable in subject will benefit more.
the lecture is good it educates on how bichemistry is related to other fields in life
Outstanding breakdown of the components of the innate immune system and response. The presented organization of the complement system activation was superb. Dr. Delves' presentation made understanding the complexity of this process rather simple.
Excellent summary of an otherwise challenging subject. Thank you Dr. Canby. Onward!
Some these complements take u on a rollercoaster, for example I don't know where C3d popped from, but overall Dr. Delves is just on top of his game I'll continue to give him a 5
Great Lecture! Very knowledgeable professor and nice visuals. Thank You!
I enjoyed watching this introduction to the limbic system and the conditions were very insightful. Thank you.
Dr. Delves was fantastic in his presentation, very proficient in the subject matter and a master of the queens language in a tone that kept me awake all through the lecture.
the lecturer is very good in lecturing, i understand very well morethan in the class hall
its very helpful and informative many students can prepare for exam throught it
Dr. Canby is succinct and to the point with the added benefit of being enjoyable to learn from. Onward!
Estudié medicina hace muchos años y las cosas han cambiado enormemente desde entonces. La aproximación a la clínica se me hace cada vez más difícil sin una vuelta a las bases y en eso el Dr. Racaniello ha sido extraordinariamente clasificador.
Learning epidemiology is strangely enjoyable thanks to Dr. Deonandan. Job well done sir. Onward!
Very well explained! Very simplified. Actually helps me understand the lectures I get at Med School!
It's amazing lectures would u add a specific lecture only talk about antigen ?
The questions were helpful, but the lecture was more of a recital. There were no extra explanations, no little tips, no compare and contrasts, to aid and understanding and recall. It was during the second or third time I was watching the hypothalamus that I realised that both medial nucei had to do with appetite regulation and satiety, and lesions could lead to hyperphagia; as opposed to the lateral, whose lesion had the opposite effect, ie starvation. Same thing with posterior and anterior, which have opposing effects on thermoregulation. I had to really focus and repeat the lecture to spot that out. he could have highlighted such points during the lecture.
Very up to date information about prions. Professor Racaniello makes every lecture interesting.
The courses are very concisely presented, it is really useful for preping for an exam
Need more details Need to go slower But overall not bad
Loved it, so clear and easy to understand. The presentation is extremely useful
Very comprehensible lectures! Thank you so much! Now I know the cranial nerves!
Thank you so much It was really useful and helpful
Very precise and concise, highly recommended to all my friends and colleagues
feeling amazing after knowing everything about cavernous sinus . Its simple and quick
Consider adding more information and content to the video especially in the clinical section
He is just the best, the quality of the lectures are incredible
The lecturer is very good at getting biochemistry across. Well explained and understandable up and until here.
Awesome! Thank you. i am just wondering whether the Sinuses and the infoldings are the same thing? How many sinuses are composed by the dura mater and what are their names? Many thanks!
i will recommend this lecture on this topic because i was failling to undestand but after this tutorial i am confident
This made immunology much easier to understand. This course saved my life!
I had no background in microbiology and this lecture helped me a lot with closing the gap. Thank you
Very passionate lectures. I learned a lot about the basics of virus
He is very passionate lecturer. His lecture is very engaging and interesting. Thanks for your lecture
I chose this 5 stars because Professor Raywat is a brilliant teacher. I like the simplicity and ease with which he explains the material and the confidence that he exudes. I would recommend this course to students that struggle with understanding the basic principles of Epidemiology
Very interesting. Maybe ratio of aminoacid tryptophan metabolized to niacin and niacin consumed with food is good to mention. B6 can be pyridoxine or pyridoxal?
Good amount of details and everything is well explained. I like immunology!
This is simply the best anatomy lecturer I have ever seen. Anatomy requires visualizing the organs to understand and he did that fantastically.
If I needed someone to read off the slides for me I'd just go back to my actual med school professor
Professor Dr. Kevin Ahern is very clear in presenting. Love the short but very informative lectures. Would recommend to everyone, those with or without biochemistry understanding. Thank you very much Professor and Thanks to the maker of Lecturio.
Thank you very much Dr. You just made me love inmunology.
Everything was on point .. Will definitely share with my friends.
Clear and concise, easy to understand and very clinically relevant.
Concise and easy to understand as always! The trochlear nerve only innervates the superior oblique muscle, but Dr Canby's diagrams are excellent - far better than what we use in lectures! I'm a happy student!
I like his voice and his explanation of something very complex in an easy way for everybody to absorb the knowledge. He is a very professional lecturer!
Dear Prof Canby, Thank you for taking the time to create this resource. I did enjoy it and I found it easy to follow. During the first few lectures, I was hoping for more information on some of the muscles which were involved, and towards the end of the course, you included pictures of the muscles with their attachments which were very helpful. Thank you for including the clinical considerations too. I needed to search some information myself, such as the meaning of general somatic / visceral afferents / efferents, online. I had not studied this before. You began clarifying the role of these towards the end of the course, e.g. general somatic efferent has motor control. This was helpful in consolidating the meaning these terms. A bit more information in the beginning may have been helpful. I look forward to viewing more of your lectures. Best wishes, Hudanur
Very concisely put, I love the lectures, very helpful indeed. Now all I need to do is work my ass off to get the dollars to pay for this awesome lecture. Thank you Lecturio!
I found the lectures to be very informative and composed of high-yield information for a relatively quick review of the subject. The only reason I give 4* is because of the few technical problems with the course; but, in regard to the course material, Lecturio provides a wonderful review of Biochemistry with Dr. Ahern.
the clarity is priceless! To reflect clarity in a topic as mindnumbing (for some, like me) as stats, is truly an art. Kudos.
The course is not sufficient in clinical settings. Very theory into research , yet less in diagnosing . Good for a student into research PhD, yet not for students doing medical degree or USMLE.
I like the way that the AA are presented by a table between essentiel and non essential. I will use it for my memorizing process.
Great/clear explanation, definitely recommend to students. For those that complained, please describe what's needed to be explained, or just keep your pie hole closed. Being ambiguous is pointless.
I vbelieved he had a lot of clarity when explain confusing systems.
Dr Racaniello, is good. Easy to understand, good content. This course is hitting all topics in my med school course.
That's perfect to review these topics, good job! Clear and enough exhaustive!
I like the teaching style and material presented! It is clear and understandable. Thank you!
A like this course and lecterio helps me for understanding the concept of this course easily. Really lecturio is place where medical student gets his needed resources. So thanks and keep going that great work for medical
I like the calm tone of the instructor. The information is presented in such a way that is it easy to understand. It is taught in small chunks and then the chunks are gently stacked on each other until you see the entire picture. Great presentation. Cleverly taught.
Kevin Ahren explained the part very well. I liked the way he explaining this part. I am from business back ground.
i like this lecture. way of representing and explaining is quiet good.
Very well done job. Dr. Vincent is excellent. If someone does not have a better understanding of basic and clinical microbiology is not his fault. He has done all his best to facilitate the concepts in a very clear manner so that everyone can understand. Good job Dr. Vincent.
Dr. Vincent Racantello is a wonderful facilitator. His teaching is very connected to the concepts of the topics. His explanations are very clear. He even takes time to recap when it is necessary so that the learner can stay on right task. I wish I had more available time to invest in his teaching. He really inspires me to push myself a little bit more. Thanks again
Dr. Racaniello is a very good professor. He takes all his time to ensure that his students understand the concepts of the topics. All his feedbacks and examples are very relevant.
easy to understand , notes are simple and detail, pictures are clear
He is a very good lecturer and great facilitator of microbiology.
Very nice but there's some need of detailed explanation and then it would be perfect
Good clear explanations. Did a good job distinguishing terminology (e.g. innate vs. adaptive, dendritic cells vs. follicular dendritic cells) and presenting the material in a clear manner highlighting key points
Pretty informative lectures. Conveys a good amount of information without taking too long.
I think the lectures are very basic, the information is not sufficient for an exam questions
I liked his explanations. I use this when I want to review material. Very Good!
very clear explanations-It would be nice if there were a few more examples on how to apply PICO though
Clear explanation, easy to understand and interesting. Thank you for your effort Dr.
Concise, easy to understand, well prepared slides. Good pace on the lectures and easy to follow
He is a great professor. He takes all his time to explain the topics.
Very well-explained and thus helpful lectures! Also, the images are better than anywhere else.
That's so great! The lecture is so simple to understand. Thanks PhD!
I would say he is one of the best lecturers. His knowledge is absolutely amazing. Everything has been explained so well which I could not find in any texbooks. For example, the function of dendritic cells and it relates to T-cells made me so excited to follow and do not want to stop watching.
I really appreciate the course. It's short and precise. I highly recommend it to medical students
This series is good to watch before doing the same section from the Kaplan videos. Don't bank on getting detailed explanations but rather concise i.e. what you need to know!
Professor Dr. Delves made the classes enjoyable because he made everything simple to understand. Immunology in my opinion is extremely intricate, if you lose focus you get lost. Dr. Selves went exactly to the point with what was important. The slides and topic reviews offered were great accompaniments to the lectures.
it was perfect and obvious in explanation.... be clear and obvious in explanation has very important for me ... thanks a lot because of your effort...
I would recommend this course. Hope there are more quiz questions available for optional choices.
I'd like if you add a specific explanation about the main types of viruses and diseases caused by them like you did with fungi, parassites and bacteria
Awesome job, I wish you were my teacher at my university! So clear!
great and well made, I'd like if you add some quiz even in this section!
Dr. Peter Delves is an amazing lecturer. I wish there were more instructors like him. He is very methodical, starting with rudimentary concepts and building on them at pace that is comfortable for everyone.
Very well made, all the important thinghs to say are dealt.
no jargons were used. easy to understand and comprehend. Good accent and Highly professional way of conveying the information
Great but I'd like more type of bacteria and how to treat them
Perfect, easy to follow and understand. I would be appreciated if there are more topics about treatment.
Reading a textbook could be boring. The lecture nailed what I need to know.
This topic is finally explained very precisely. I liked this lecture a lot.
basically the slides are all that matters in the course; the lecturer doesn´t add anything to them, so I just read the slides not listening to him. Could be better
tnx sir for this nice video..help me lotttttt.tnx again.
Well articulated , good illustration with example. The follow of the lecture is good. Slide presentation perfect and easy to follow through. Thank you.
The clarity of the information being delivered is extremely satisfactory! I enjoyed watching this lecture.
Very effective. All money spent is worth it. Highly recommended.
Excellent lectures, good video quality. Very helpful explanation.... I like it so much...
very good course, i wish i have money to pay the all course
Dr. Cornwall is really quite good. She mispeaks occasionally, but overall is credible and fun to listen to.
Easy to follow and provides a great context to build from.
Very informative and simplistic in delivery. I eagerly look forward to the questions from this subject during the exams.
Me gusta el tipo de explicación que da, es concisa y acopla todo los conocimientos en una idea específica, sin rodeos
A masterpiece. The simplistic approach to the delivery of the lecture is just awesome
Excellent simple presentation of a deceivingly simple concept. Great reminder while preparing for boards.
Thank you so much!! Really I´m so grateful. You are helping me a lot with all my studies. Greats from México City.
The content of the anatomy videos are great, beautiful diagrams, well written sentences, but with due respect to the lecturer, he has no game and kills the lecture for me. He is basically reading the power points with nothing new to add to the lecture and the fact that he swipe the tablet for the next sentence to appear slows down the lecture even more. It's really hard to advocate for the program. The word of mouth is not helping here. Ive showed it to friends and they are not willing to purchase the course, not to mention I've reported 4 mistakes in the anatomy material so far. Im glad we have the 10 days testing period, because Im cancelling the subscription. It hasnt proved to me the material is worth $60.
He ties everything together perfectly. He gives excellent examples. He is also very organized. I felt like my own class wasn't this good. But it also might be because I already read about immuno and used this more for clarification.
E shkelqyeshme! Fort e dobishme dhe shumë didaktike. Mësohet lehtë dhe shpejt pa sforcime.
It was very simple and understandable. I could keep up without being confused.
Excellent presentation!! However, a minute or two filling in with a little more details would have been a tremendous completion of concepts.
Very good preparation for USMLE. For more details you need an anatomy book.
Dr Delves is an excellent lecturer. He makes everything simple and understandable. I like the fact that he raises his voice to indicate key words. I have already recommended the whole curriculum to Medical Students in other countries
Dr. Canby makes neuroanatomy very simple to understand! This lecture covers all the essentials, with great, colorful slides, perfect for visual learners!
I thought it was very straight forward and informational. Pretty good just for starters.
I really liked this course, it was easy and interactive even tough english isn't my natal language
Lecture was well organized and covered the appropriate level for this topic.
These lectures are made simple for someone like me who is very vulnerable to biochemistry.
Dr Craig speaks clearly and slowly so it is easy to follow
I felt that this was a very good lecture, with detailed relevant information!
The videos were really helpful. The lecturers explained the concepts very clearly.
so boring, it's no easy to follow. More pictures would be appeciated
I choosed this rating because it explains the topic very well, and I also like the clarification of the functions of a nerve.
veryyyyyyy informative thanks lots!! it was very intersting i learnt so much
lacklustre explanation and too concise - neuroanatomy is a subject that needs far more explanation even if just a review
Very good teacher! Funny! Great job. I can spend all they long listening to him.
Immunology is one of my weakest area, but this lecture series have helped me delve into it and bring it together to the point that I am so confident about it. Thank you so much! I wish they will compile the print-able lecture notes into booklet one can purchase. Lecturio has really beautiful notes and diagrams that make learning easy.
When paying money I expect to have a more indepth lecture than you can find on youtube. He is good at explaining, but some examples should be explained better, or not brushed over quickly, as well I would suggest to make a couple more videos, that take parts as e.g. confounding and explain it in depth. All in all nice but with some a little bit lacking here and there. I love the fact that they aren't very long, that way you can focus through the whole lecture before taking a break
Gave me a clear informations in simplest way!! Also her accent very God!! i'm from KSA and i found it easily to understand Love it! Thank u.
The professor explains with clarity and organization which makes it easier to understand.
He is very entusiasthic at teaching, and makes very clear examples. I love him.
Really liked it. Very clear in concept and easy to understand.
The lectures are very complete and give the correct amount of emphasis according to the importance for the medical world. I've studied only using this course for my first exam and it was pretty much all I needed! I surely recommend!
Makes it way more easier to understand, it is very summarized and clear.
The information is sound but he's boring, He does not make the material interesting. I find it hard to pay attention or not fall asleep during his lectures and therefore i do not do well with the quizzes.
Covers B vitamins and Fat soluble. Pretty good. Lacks Certain vitamins: Zinc, Fe etc. Loved the nAKED mnemonic!
Explains it to a point where the visual pathway is simple.
As it's my first lecture, I think I have to work a lot for getting great benefits from your great tutors. hence I had to give this rate. right now there are no such dislikes. well, thanks a lot for the kind assistance.
Really detailed and to the point. It was broken up where I could understand and comprehend for later.
I'm enjoying Lecturio, the videos and follow up questions are ideal way to learn, the speakers excellent. I've spent many hours on You Tube hoping to fine something like this. I also saw Lecturio, is on You Tube and have subscribed yesterday having watched the Nutrition video and Biochemistry, also bought some eBooks that was mentioned in biography that I'm sure I will also enjoy. Thank you!
I like too much, plz make more high yelid questions with each topics,i appreciate it.
Great lecturers and thorough explanations for every subject. After watching the lectures, I actually understood and retained because his lectures are extremely well organized.
Best lecture on immunology .thanks sir for it.l am glad and confident.
it is made simple, clear and easy to understand regardless the details need to be learned. this is the correct pedagogic way to teach and to learn. This is one of the things that shows that the teacher is a PhD. I wish those lectures were translated in french and that all medical students in my university benefit from it and also every medical student all over the world. Thanks for teaching us and for spreading the knowledge and make things easy for us.
this kind of learning cover all information the medical students need, i highly recommended for medical student.
Great fast, overall review. I absolutely disagree with people saying there are too much details; in fact, I would have liked more details regarding specific processes.
Excellent lecture! Dismissed several doubts I had on this topic why reading it from the book.
This is quite helpful. I am a pre-Medical student and I'm fully satisfied by the leacture. I'm able to cover all the syllabus. It's helping me to save time. I dont need all those notes n stuffs. Most important i can practise lots of questions! I'll recommend all Medical students to take this amazing leacture for once so that you'll be able to understand. Thankyou @lecturio! ????
I would like to recommend all the USMLE and other medical exam preparing candidates to go through the Lecturio because the lectures are concise and easy to understand.
Simple and easy to understand! Covers only what really matters!!!
Concise, succinct, and coverage for the pertinent material a medical student should know!
I love everything about it. Not only knowledgeable but a gifted speaker
It makes it way easier to understand, I hope he'll guide me though my exam
A ERY INTERESTING COURSE ,BUT REQIURES A LLOT OF STUDY TIME TO UNDERSTAND THE AMINO ACID CHEMISTRY. TO BE HONEST, I AM A RETIRED 85 YR OLD PHARMACIST TREYING TOEEP UP.
This lectures goes through the important prion diseases. It focuses a lot on statistics making the lecture a littler longer that needed. Overall a good lecture if you're not too busy in your studying
This lecture was very organized by introduction and then going into detail with the most important fungi. Made it easy to approach and easy to jump back and forward in lecture if you had a part you wanted to see again
Videos were superb able to knw the concept very well.please upload more videos of individual parasites bacteria & fungus
I really like the pace and clarity of this lecturer in how he presents the material. It would be nice to have animated pictures in signaling and transport. I also wish there were sections covering enzymatic catalysis & kinetics. Over all, very good! Thank you for making these
HE is best professor explains each and every concepts clearly. he is very enthusiastic about explaining every concepts .great sir thanks.
Very informative and pretty easy to understand. Recommended for people who has heard about the immune system before as it may be hard for beginners to understand.
Very nice course although in my opinion lacking more details ( actual pathways). Overall very happy!! :)
I love these courses. I'm only a high school student, preparing to go to medical university. They help me to better understand biology or to be exact, human body. My mother tongue is not English which makes a little bit difficult to understand names in biology for example why T-cells called T-cells. Furthermore what I miss from the lectures are animations sometimes. I know I'm a kid, but animations help to visualize and learn things faster.
Very good course!!
Great way to explain and communicate the ideas to the students.
I liked the way the lecture was build up. A nice structure, and explained in such a way it makes it easy to understand.
It was very informational , I mean too much statistics about the history. Its really good for a class. But its bit TIME CONSUMING for some one running against time. One should be able to to hit guess the key points for revision. Im sorry, but this is my honest opinion.
Great job, clear and nice presentation. I found it very helpful for me to understand pediatric.
complete plain english, easy to understand and straight to the point
This is my favorite professor on Lecture (that I've seen so far). He is enthusiastic and engaging in addition to being clear and concise. I leave each lecture with a clear sense of the material and I love that the videos are short so if I need a review it is easily obtained.
What an amazing lecturer!! His enthusiasm and passion is infectious!
incredible once again, this professor is outstanding explaining the immune system in a logical, relatable fashion.
Fantastic, super simple to follow, the ppt slides are gold for a quick review
covers everything essential, good overview, easy to follow, relevant info
it is very good but i need more details which is not mentioned on the videos
Professor Racaniello is engaging. He really has made the study of microbiology enjoyable. This is the best Lecturio course I've taken to date. He has captured my interest. I'm looking forward to the more advanced microbiology course that I'll be taking in a couple of weeks. I would also love to see a Lecturio course on the microbiome, which I feel deserves a program of its own. This alone could be a 12 hour course.
Immunology was one subject that I have hated since the very beginning I started studying it. I did understand what the immune system does but I really couldn't understand how everything was happening. After many unsuccessful attempts to understand it on my own I turned to these lectures and now I understand the core material. Thank you very much!
really nice ,lecture and also good questions at the end to assess, thank you
sir very good explainations,,,,,,,,,,following the course,,need more questions,so that it could help in doing uworld and STEP 1 ,,,,thankyou
really good sir,we need more questions after the lecture,my exam in june, step 1,so i opted for lecturio,by coming across on youtube, really good,
I rate this five stars because I like to go over it while I do other things and more than once.
Too many numbers and letters with no direct clinical correlation Too many details with no explicitly stated relevance Topics too segmented and poorly arranged I am lost...
Great content but overwhelming. Too much details on the receptors and molecules got me lost in understanding the overall immune response. I appreciate the enthusiasm in detailing everything but the USMLE is devised to evaluate generalists and not immunologists.
The overview of biochemistry is really helpful! The images are great, and the lecture is really high quality.
I loved that You explained every part of the clinical and physical examinations and gave examples of why is important and what can you diagnose with that, for me it's always easier to learn if I can connect things.
Not only was the information vast, but it was concise enough to understand and follow along with. Peter Delves highlights the important parts that are very beneficial. Thanks.
I was hoping for a little more details about the chemical makeup of the topic, however, I like how the entire video is layed out and described.
because it is free and I want to learn anatomy from videos
From what I understand, we advise patients taking Coumdain to AVOID eating vitamin K rich foods because it will counteract the effect of the drug.
I did MSK and so far so good, I have a much better understanding so far.
An excellent explanation of a very complex topic. Absolutely fantastic lectures
good knowledge i like this wedsite very very very much...........i like this professor craig candy his lecture was very good and i had taken very much knowledge.....
It doesn't have any material about bacterial classification , bacteriophage , antibiotics , bacterial resistance to chemotherapy ....
Had been watching so much on this and never understood it.
Great course. Peter really explains the concepts. The genetics can get a bit dry, but when isn't genetics dry.
Understood the concepts after not understanding them from reading my curriculum books..
It cleared my mind about bacteria and it's morphological properties & distinguishments etc. Awesome! Thank you!
He took time to present the information. The video on adaptive immune system clarifies the difference between innate and adaptive immune system.
I loved how he summarizes key concepts in simpler way. One video view and I understood what I lacked from med school.
i love how he explains everything in detail and also he tells with some intonation so I could easily remember what he has just explained to me
It made epidemiology very easy to understand, remember and apply it to my practice. It helped me a lot in appraising available evidence and use it in making appropriate and prudent clinical decisions in taking care of my patients .
-Very concise and to the point -Pictures were very helpful for clarity -presentation was succinct and relevant -I have no prior mastery of the content but was able to follow and grasp the content Excellent presentation overall!!! A lifesaver. i have a neuro exam coming up in 2 weeks
So much knowledge to get from here! And amazing way of teaching, everything is just brilliant. Soon i will buy 1 year membership.
There could be a more logical structure, or, if there is, it could be made clearer. It is difficult to see how the various topics connect.
Watching these videos from Lecturio is very much like being in my school. The difference is Lecturio is more fun and it encourages us every time we want.
This lecture was a perfect guide for organizing my knowledge prior to reading the textbook. Thank you!
not much details. its like a lecture for non medical students.
I thought it would be more thorough. Unfortunately many videos out there are just summaries and do not try to redress the problem of poor lecturing during medical shool that leaves students like me looking for a service that will give more in depth lecturing. I would have liked more explanation of concepts, e.g. P values, null hypothesis, etc.
we need more details about the sym/para outflow please
very helpful and was brilliant.i think it will assess pre clinical students up to best
Lectures are well presented. however, this does not completely cover medical microbiolgy syllabus necessary to sit examinations for medical students
The lectures are really well organized The 1-2mins introductory lectures before each topic are very helpful in situating the student in case he get lost. The Diagrams are very well picked.
when he explained of the bony landmark in the head of the humerus he called greater trochanter couple of time but the lecture didn't fix it .
I really love his lectures!!! Profesor Racaniello is so funny and explains everything so carefully that I get so interested in every single video. Thank you!!!
The lecture was complete and concise. Very helpful especially for visual learners
In this Nutrition course, Dr. Cornwall elaborates some basic nutritional principles that are essential for any student of Human physiology to understand. The way she presents the information is in much greater detail than what I was exposed to in the small Nutrition course held in Medical school. I particularly liked learning about the Mifflin-St. Jeor Formula for calculating Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); it literally changed the way I look at food!
With this introductory course, you will be exposed to the basic aspects of Biochemistry. Professor Ahern emphasizes that an in-depth knowledge of basic biochemistry will aid you tremendously in understanding life processes on a macroscopic level. This one course alone was well worth the one month payment of 24$. Every other course on top of that was an attractive but inessential addition..."icing on the cake"!
The program was to elementary in nature and not deep enough. Sections on pregnancy nutrition was very superficial
I really liked the way that the Professor explains but I believe there are things missing in the course. For example, the microscopic aspect of the brain stem. I think that Neuroanatomy is a very crucial course in Med school and worth giving a little more emphasis. Thank you for helping me out !
Professor Ahern is truly excellent! Amazing choice. He clearly explains concepts and shows sincere enthusiasm for the topics. You need to bring him back for lectures on amino acids and the urea cycle as well as the electron transport chain.
The lecturer explains the concepts very clearly and makes them easy to understand. All that in a minimal amount of time!
The professor is going to fast, and the example are not clearly understanding.
Missing alot of important information Missing alot of important information
i liked as a study guide. I think it could have more details.
Very easy to follow, good flow and simply explained, exceptional professor! just wish the questions had explanations then I would give the videos a higher score .
Super clear lectures, covering all of the basics you need for the mcat. Speaks a little slowly, but nothing that the 1.5x button can't fix.
The best epidemiology class I ever had, thank you!!!!! Very well explained and clear
it has helped me build my understanding of biochemistry. looking forward to more lectures
I'm currently taking Microbiology and Lab. It is nice to be able to catch another lecture. The Lecturio lectures are actually more informative than the classroom. I am pleased with what I have learned and I know I will get the better grade.
The videos are good! I love how short the immunology videos are because they're broken into segments. I do however miss the review articles, like in biochemistry.
Explained clearly, great use of images, quiz questions would be great though
Everything is clearly explained and it makes it simple to learn.
Nothing more i can say than excellent presentations. Every thing is just perfect.
I thought this was an excellent lecture in order to see the relationship between immune cells, their signals, and the corresponding responses from other immune cell types. It brings cytokines that could have been described in the earlier lectures but also fit here with the discussion of signaling.
I found these lectures decent, the questions do a good job at reinforcing the material so more questions after each video would be an improvement. Definitely a large topic and its not organized the way my school taught it but it doesn't assume you know or remember everything which is good. I would recommend for the summer before year 2. You could study during commercial breaks while watching tv.
Well organized. Unlike some other courses the quiz questions come after the instructor has mentioned the subject.
Never thought I would enjoy listening and learning about microbes so much that I do when Im listening to and taking notes on these lectures..
The lecture was a bit of an overview of innate immunity. It was short and fails to cover the epithelial barrier, complement inhibitors, details of TLRs, cytokines, and signal 2 pathways. Still not bad for 40 minutes
Great course, well detailed explanations! I think it's a very didactic course!
Considering this is a generic overview of the immune system its nice and condensed. It doesn't bite off more than you can chew in the first 45 minutes like a medical school overview can. Some clinical touchstones could round out the material and make it great.
He is a super lecturer; the content, however, could be more challenging and in depth. We need more direct applications clinically described.
Love this course and Professor Ahern's enthusiasm keeps my attention. Being able to watch the videos over and over helps the lessons sink in. For the first time I'm enjoying biochemistry. Thank you for making these videos so affordable and easy to use.
it was very basic and very easy to understand...Prof. Craig Canby is a great teacher.
Very detailed professionally done and covers all the bases including pathogenesis and epidemiology
I enjoy watching these lectures.. it doesn't bore me as a class lecture:P
Since is starting this biochemistry, it's help me to remember some of the basic concepts that I have forgotten
Brilliant!! Such an eye opener with meticulous presentation. I now know where to go for clarification
This is an amazing course! Prof Kevin has made every single details simple and clear. His deep knowledge and understanding of this subject is well reflected in his teaching style. The materials he used, are very attractive which makes it easy to memorize. I would definetly recommend this for both under and postgradustes students.
Professor Delves has done a great job with this course. I am currently in medical school and while my Immunology professor is very intelligent she is very unorganized and gives poor explanations. This course is the perfect supplement.
Course was great, however I would like to see some more info or more questions and maybe get in a little more detail at the cellular level.
I was going to cancel my subscription as I felt the material did not relate to whats high yield for USMLE step one exam. Watching this lecture renewed my interest in the lecture series.
I am snd yr medical student. The immunology lecture series is easy to follow and well organized.
This course is well done. It's thorough. I'm reviewing things I've learned, and also moving on to more advanced material very soon. I wish I would have had this during undergrad.
I enjoyed this presentation quite a bit. I feel like the information will be well remembered thanks to the excellent delivery.
Excellent explanation! The graphics are great and the professor is amazing.
The biochemiThe biochemistry is one of the best because the professor Ahern is a terrific docent who makes one love the lectures
Extremely informative. Well presented Lecture. Your voice is perfect to enable the information to be understood easily. Thank you.
Excellent just. Nothing further to say. Would definitely recommend to medical students or FMG wishing to take medical board exams.
Everything is very well explained. Dr Delves links back to basics when explaining the more advanced topics, which makes the lectures easier to follow. His enthusiasm is also much appreciated.
I Love Dr. Pickering! Entertaining, engaging and competent. He provides all you need to know. Excellent content!
Very professional! Excellent pacing and comfortable, easy-to-listen to speaking voice.
Excellent ,concise and simple explanations. Love the mini lecture style
